What Is The Number One Thing Which Affects If You'll Make A Boy Or A Girl?: If I had to boil gender determination down to only one thing and one thing only, it would be this.

If it's an X that does the trick, you may have Disney Princesses in your future. If the father-to-be is reasonably healthy, then it should have all the ingredients about the same amount of chromosomes X and Y sperm. (There is some speculation that there are more Y's in the winter and fall, but this has yet to be studied enough. ) So, you should consider this kind of chance, in which either the X or Y are in the right place at the right time, but that would be to simplify it.

The truth is, the X and Y behave in very different ways and respond very differently to different things. For example, time, and again acid is an enemy of the Y, whereas an alkaline environment, and helps later become pregnant and the Y is not that great of a scenario for the X.

It really comes down to this. The X or girl sperm are stronger and more hardy and can withstand far more (in terms of time and acidity,) but they are also a bit slower moving. Knowing that the Y or boy sperm can not live as long as the X's, if you want a son, then you will need to have intercourse as close to your ovulation day as you make it.

It's important that you have one which is very reliable as even a day or two either way can make or break this. You would want to be early rather than late. Ideally, you should shoot for 3-4 days before ovulation.

This may sound simple, but this can be more difficult to track because most ovulation predictors only give you a "positive" once the egg has already made it's trip. That is why I like saliva predictors of people who are looking for a daughter or a girl.

This type shows you what you need to know much earlier. I believe that the month or day of week, doesn't matter. It really comes down to when that egg is ready to be fertilized - whenever this may happen.

I've already discussed how a high pH is an enemy to the Y or boy sperm. If you want to conceive a boy, you want to make your pH or your acidity lower through either your diet, or douching, or both of these methods happening at once.

In other words, you will want to be more acidic than alkaline. Once you have a number, then you will want to have a plan as to how you are going to raise or lower this. It really comes down to making the consumption of foods high in pH and low for a girl to boy. Or, you can try douching as an alternative or as an addition to this.

Continue to use the strip to see if it is successful or if you are at your target level. (This may take a month or two so plan accordingly.)

How to influence sexual positions Sex Baby: Many people are aware that sexual positions have some influence on the genre, but these three variables, this makes the slightest difference.

While there certainly have been advances in the field of genetics, there are actually some natural and completely ethical things that you can do that will increase the likelihood of selecting a gender for your child.

While no method is 100% accurate, if you are determined to have a boy or a girl, there are a few things that can be done to significantly increase your chances of conceiving the gender of your choice. Remember, the most important thing is to have a healthy baby, regardless of their gender. But if you do want to try to pick the gender of your child, it is possible.

1. Differences in Sperm

The sperm that carry the Y chromosome are the "boy" sperms, while the ones that carry the X chromosome are the "girl" sperms. The Y sperm are faster, smaller, more agile but they do not last as long as the "girl" sperm. The X sperm are bigger and move quite slowly. In addition to their overall speed, they have different preferences in terms of the acidity of the vagina and cervix. An X sperm does better in an acidic environment while the Y sperm prefer an alkaline environment.

2. How These Differences Affect Conception

Now that we have established the differences between the sperm that carry different chromosomes, it is important to understand how these differences can be used for natural gender selection.

Once you have this information, you can begin trying to conceive a child that will be a specific gender.

1. If You Want A Boy

If you want to have a boy, the timing is crucial. Since these sperm do not live long, it is vital to time your intercourse as closely to ovulation as possible. This gives the Y sperm time to reach the egg before the X sperm do, increasing the chances that you will have a boy.

2. If You Want A Girl

If you want to have a girl, you need to give the X sperm plenty of time to reach the egg. Since they live longer, this means that you want to time intercourse a few days before expected ovulation.

By the time you ovulate, the Y sperm will have already died off, leaving only the X sperm behind. They will have the time needed to travel up through the cervix to reach the egg and fertilize it.
