The real secret isn't to convince him to get back together with you; it's to make him convince himself that you're the kind of person he wants to be with. Keep living your life. Go out with friends and have a good time. Take care of yourself as well.

After you have given him enough time without hearing from you, he will start to wonder what you've been up to.
