Save Your Marriage After Your Husband Cheats - Is it Possible?

Save Your Marriage After Your Husband Cheats - Is it Possible?

Hello ladies,

Are you asking yourself, is it possible to save your marriage after your husband cheats? The answer, really depend on you.

For some women, a cheating husband is a major line in the sand. It's a breach of trust and a betrayal of love so egregious that she cannot move beyond. This is the one "crime" against marriage that many women cannot forgive or forget. However, there are a growing number of women in the world who believe that marriages should be strong enough to weather the many storms life throws their way -- including the category five hurricane we call adultery. But there are a few things you need to know before you try to make it work.

Read through this tips before you do anything else that might jeopardize your chances of saving your marriage.

Don't Offer a Free Pass

Even if you plan to forget and move on, you must not give your husband a "get out of jail free" card when it comes to cheating. He needs to understand that there are consequences and that this is not behavior you're willing to tolerate. Establish ground rules for now and in the future and let him know that this is a one-shot deal. The affair must end if there is any hope for the marriage to be saved.

Don't Ask Questions You Don't NEED (Really Need) the Answers To

You can sink the knife even deeper into your heart by asking for all the gory details or you can decide that it's not important to know the intimate details of his adultery and move on from there. For most women, not knowing is ultimately better. You're not left rehashing the details over and over again in your mind. Your efforts are better spent looking to the future and working to put this part of the past as far behind you as possible.

Don't Allow His Bad Behavior to Undermine Your Confidence

Invariably women blame themselves for their cheating husbands. He's the one who did the deed. It's not about more sex. It's not about a thinner waistline, larger cup sizes, or even a broader understanding. No matter what kinds of excuses men make for their cheating ways it isn't your fault that he cheated. You can beat yourself up with what you could have, would have, or wish you had done differently but none of those things are likely to have changed the outcome. What you need to focus on now is what you can do in the future so that it doesn't happen again.

The big question you must answer right now, though, is whether or not you really want to make it work. Some women can move past cheating while others cannot. It's better to decide now than to send him backing or walk away only to regret the decision later. Think before you react. If it takes a little time, then take the time you need to sort out how you feel and where you want to go from here.

These are some of the few tips you can follow to save your marriage. If you would like to read and learn more, then I suggest you download the book, Magic of Making Up by T.W. Jackson. His book have saved many couples relationships and its full of practical tips you can use. Grab a copy right now!

Do All Cheating Men Leave? The answer is..

Do All Cheating Men Leave? The answer is...

Hello ladies,

Do all cheating men leave? Not, unless you want him to - really badly. There's a reason why they did it in the first place and, unless you do something about it, your relationship or marriage would never be the same again.

When your husband cheats, it does a real number on your self-esteem. Even worse, it undermines your faith in your husband and the love he has for you. That probably wasn't his intention when he made the decision to cheat. It's just another byproduct of the act. But, does his cheating mean he's actually thinking about leaving? The good news is probably not. In fact, leaving has probably never even crossed his mind.

Here are a few of the reasons why leaving is rarely the end game when men cheat.

If he Wanted to Leave he Would Have Left Before he Cheated

Seriously, if that was his ultimate goal, he doesn't need to go through the act of cheating and the emotional fallout that comes along as a result. Chances are he never thought he would get caught. Quite often he's riddled with guilt in the aftermath and has no intention of cheating again. Sometimes, it's a relationship on the side though. Not one he wants instead of his relationship with you, but one that he enjoys in addition to the one he has with you.

It's his way of having his cake and having another one on the side. The one on the side is nice for brief periods of time, but not one worth risking his family and life at home in order to have full time.

He's Probably Not Thinking about You at All

Truthfully speaking, if he WAS thinking about you, he probably wouldn't have cheated in the first place. Thinking isn't high on the priority list when cheating takes place. For men, it goes back to primitive man when populating the planet was the genetic directive. This was back in the day when men had many wives and mortality rates were high for women, infants, and children.

That doesn't excuse his bad behavior. It's just trying to give you a little bit of insight into what's going on in his mind when the cheating takes place (not much of anything). The good news is that he isn't trying to hurt you, break your heart, or leave you behind.

Despite what you've heard about cheating and working things out, it is a difficult thing for most marriages to recover from. Your reaction is just as important as him making a conscious and dedicated to decision to do whatever it takes to restore the broken trust in the relationship. Once, you understand that it isn't about you at all, you can begin to rebuild and redefine your marriage. Only then, can you move forward and hope to save your marriage in the long run -- something both of you probably want to do.

These are some of the reasons, why men cheat and why they probably won't be thinking about leaving the relationship or marriage. If you want to read more on how to fixed a broken relationship or marriage, then I suggest you download and read through the book, "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson. So here are a few of the success stories the author have actually received…

“Your Book Is Gooooood Therapy Man!”

“Hey Kevin, your book is on the money! I really got some insight on myself and the situation as a whole…. While reading your book you mentioned (men) sometimes become a “pleaser” to a narcissitic (woman)… My wife’s therapist at one time mentioned the fact that she is narcissistic… It all made sense after reading your book… Your book is goooood therapy man!” – Rashaud

“Helping Get My Balls Back Out Of Her Purse…”

“Hi Kevin, thanks for your eBook. I must say it has helped me more than anything else since I found out my wife cheated on me. So much of the stuff out there is bullcrap… Thanks for listening and thanks for your book. I know it’s helping many guys. Slowly it’s helping me get my balls back out of her purse and maybe even to get a little bigger to boot.” – Brad S.

“Thank You For Saving My Marriage…”

“Thank you very much for saving my marriage and may God bless you.” – Anthony A

“Helping In Ways I Never Had Any Idea Of…”

“Kevin, I bought your eBook yesterday and haven’t been able to put it down… To make a long story short since i started reading your book I have had epiphanies. I discussed some of these epiphanies with my therapist today and he connected about “the good husband trap.” I am a lifelong pleaser such as yourself as you mentioned in your book… Another epiphany I had was around the emotional investment I made into the marriage… Thank you so much for your book. It is helping in ways I really never had any idea of.” - Dave C.

“I Sincerely Thank You…”

“I want to thank you for your book. I just found out 3 days ago that my wife of 14 years has had 4 affairs. The first one was 2 years into our marriage, the most recent being 1 month ago… The pain is unreal. I couldn’t figure out how to deal with it and I looked online and found your book. I appreciate the fact that you are not a psychologist, but someone who has been through the pain I am feeling now. I made my wife read your book as well, and told her you are describing my feelings almost verbatum. The biggest impact your book has had so far has been the ability to let me grieve… it was something I really needed… This has been so difficult, as I realized I don’t have any close friends I can speak about this to. My wife has always beent he one I’ve gone to, to help me deal with things. It was nice to know I am not the only one who is going through this. Once again, I sincerely Thank You.” – Jason B., Oklahoma

“Kevin, Your Book Does Wonders…” - Raul G.

“I Would Have Been A Basket Case By Now…”

“Thanks for writing your book. I would undoubtedly be a basket case by now had I not stumbled across your experiences and insights to help me rationalize what is happening with my wife’s affair. Keep helping others, Kevin… you have a gift!” – Ed C.

“The Content Was EXCELLENT…”

“I ordered your eBook yesterday and I have already finished it… the content was EXCELLENT…” – Taylor M.

“Wow, I Wish I Had Found This Site In October…”

“Wow I wish I had found this site in October. My wife of 17 yrs had a summer long affair with an old high school friend she found on Facebook. I have never been a jealous or snooping kind of guy but I had a feeling. So… I went back through here Yahoo archives and found out everything. It’s been 3 months since I’ve confronted her and I’m still in the “pissed off” stage. My kids are the only reason I’m even trying… to work this out. Thank you for your 7 steps.” – Michael

“Great Book, Worth Every Penny!”  - Paul G.

“I’m In A Much Better Head Space…”

“I’m lost. I’m confused. I’m everything in this book… I started surfing the internet and found this ad when I was on Google… I bought your book. Great read… I know I’ll survive… Let it be known that this book is really a great thing… I’m in a much better head space… Thanks for the stimulating read and good luck with your future endeavors.” – C.

Trust In A Relationship - A Leap Of Faith

Trust In A Relationship - A Leap Of Faith

Hey guys,

Trust, in a relationship is really important if you want your relationship to survive through good times and the bad times. You can't get through life together if you don't have faith with your partner, right?

Building trust in a relationship can take time, it can take even more time rebuilding that trust a second time. I mean, come on, face facts, the first time around you give someone a really big benefit of the doubt. If they make a promise to you it takes a real leap of faith to let yourself open up and trust them, but if they break that trust, it can be almost impossible to do it again.

The reason for that is simple: they've already proven through their words or actions that they can't be trusted. The first time around you had no way of knowing one way or the other, but now you do. Now you know that they can't be trusted, why in the world would you set yourself up for that kind of hurt and pain again?

That is why it's so difficult to overcome any kind of cheating in a relationship. You know the old saying: "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me", that's the whole point. Few people would take such a big risk of being hurt by letting someone who has already proven that they can't be trusted, into their lives again.

It's best to make darn sure you don't do anything to make your partner lose their faith in you in the first place. I know, a lot of people may be thinking that that is easier said than done, but not really.

While it's true that sometimes you find yourself becoming attracted to someone you see on a day to day basis, someone that you may not be able to avoid seeing like a co-worker. In a case like that you just have to keep as much distance as possible and not allow yourself to spend more time with them, or spend time with them outside of work, than is absolutely necessary.

A lot of times though, we do it to ourselves. We'll see someone out at a club when we're with our friends and one thing leads to another and before you know it you've done the very thing you promised you'd never do. In cases like that, you're just a jackass.

Sorry, rough I know, but true. Just because you're out on your own for a night with friends is no excuse to hook up with someone. If you can't stay faithful for one night then you need to really spend some serious time figuring out what is wrong with you because that's not normal behavior.

Some will consider themselves 'the man' or a 'playa' but really those are just ways to make themselves feel better about their own shortcomings. A real man would live up to his word and if he promised his girl that he would be faithful than that's what he'd do... period.

And I'm not picking on guys, ladies the same exact thing applies to you. If you really want trust in a relationship make sure that you don't do anything to betray that trust. It's very hard to risk being hurt and open up and trust someone, it's virtually impossible to do it a second time when that person proves to you that they can't be trusted.

These are some of the tips you can use to build trust in a relationship. But, if you have broken that trust and want to learn how to re-build that trust again, then I recommend that you download the book, "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson.

How To Save Your Marriage Quick Tips - Be A Partner

How To Save Your Marriage Quick Tips - Be A Partner

Hey guys,

Are you wondering how to save your marriage right now? How to save your broken relationship and get it back to where it once were? How to bring the passion back in your relationship?

If you really want to know how to save your marriage, you need to figure out what the heck being married is all about. Being married is not about remaining independent and doing things only for yourself. It is about sharing everything in your life with that one special person you chose to spend your life with. It's kinda common sense but most of us don't realize it.

Too often people get married and then immediately start to think they are in trouble or feel trapped and do not know how to handle these feelings. Then they start to feel guilty because they are having these feelings and mistakenly assume that when you get married you should automatically know how to be married.

If you think about it that is just the silliest thing you could do. Question: Did you know how to ride that bike before someone taught you? How about walking and talking? You had to learn that too right? So, what makes you think that you know how to be married? Who taught you how?

Oh sure, your parents can be a role model for you but if their relationship wasn't good and they didn't know how to be married, what have they taught you? Not much of anything except how to do it all wrong.

If this is the case then learning how to save your marriage is of utmost importance. Where do you start? Start by talking to each other. Remember when you first met? You used to talk about anything and everything. What happened? What changed? The only thing that changed is the fact that the two of you got married.

Why should this be a problem? You love each other right? Well, of course you do. That is never the problem. The problem is the high standards you or your partner has that neither one of you can live up to. Marriage is all about making compromises and learning to become a partnership.

The best way to become a partnership is to talk things out all the time. Do not make the mistake of assuming you know what your partner is thinking or how they will react in any given situation. Ask them. Never take them or how they feel for granted. This will only cause more problems.

If you have just recently been married and you have encountered these problems already or you have been married for several years and are old hats at these problems, you can still help yourselves and make things right. Make a commitment to each other that you both will try harder to communicate better.

I know sometimes I forget that my partner is a human being and has thoughts and feelings and perceptions of their own and that I am not the only person in the relationship. I also know that we do communicate effectively most of the time but when one of us decides we know best that makes it difficult to make decisions together especially if the one who thinks they know the best will not listen to reason.

If you love each other but do not like each other much these days, you need to start nurturing your relationship and treating each other with respect. You need to get back to the point where your relationship comes first and the two of you feel connected. Clearing up any misunderstandings and hurt feelings is good advice on how to save your marriage.

These are some of the quick tips you can use on how to save your marriage. If you want more tips then I recommend that you download the book, "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson. His book have help many couples around the world mend their broken relationships. You might want to read through his book before you do anything else. Get your copy today.

Can This Marriage Be Saved - Perhaps Your Choice

Can This Marriage Be Saved - Perhaps

Hello guys,

Are you asking yourself, "Can this marriage be saved?". Well, the answer is perhaps. It's your choice, really.

If you find that your relationship with your spouse is in a lot of trouble, you have probably asked yourself "can this marriage be saved?" No matter how bad it may seem, the answer is that it most likely can be saved. Even though the divorce rate is far too high, virtually every marriage can be salvaged, as long as the couple is willing to do whatever it takes.

However, there may be some marriages that are not worth saving, at least not in their current state. If you are in a marriage that is mentally or physically abusive, then asking if it can be saved is not the right question. Then you need to ask if you can be saved from the relationship. It's not easy, but it is critical that you get out. Perhaps your spouse will change, but you need to make sure, and see solid proof before you give them a second chance. Luckily, such exceptions make up only a small fraction of all marriages.

So, back to the question of whether or not your marriage can be saved. Well, it can only be saved if you want it to be saved. And, the fact that you are reading this is a good sign. However, take some time to seriously reflect upon whether or not you really want it to be saved. It's okay to answer no, so long as you answer honestly and after plenty of thought. Either way, something as important as a marriage shouldn't be taken lightly.

Now, if you have given it enough thought, and decided that you still love your spouse, and that you would like to stay married, then you are already on the right path to making it work. And it will take work. It's better to be up front about it, than it is to give you false pretenses and say it will be easy. It will take commitment and effort, but most things worthwhile do.

The first thing you have to do is talk to your spouse. You need to let them know that you think your marriage is in trouble. They will either agree, or have no idea whatsoever. But you need to open the lines of communication on the issue if you want to move forward.

Note your spouse's reaction as you bring up the subject. Are they shocked, sad, angry, hurt or confused? Whichever it is, respond accordingly. This will be your first opportunity to show you care about your spouse and keeping your marriage together. You have to remember that you are most likely catching your spouse off guard so try to be understanding of their feelings.

The next step is to commit to making things work out. You will also need to have your spouse's commitment to do the same thing. Granted, you may have to explain your reasons for why you're asking can this marriage be saved, and let them know you would like it to be saved.

These are some of the steps you can use if you're asking yourself can this marriage be saved. I recommend that before you do anything else to get a copy of the book "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson. His book have help many couples around the world saved their relationships with tips that you can use to bring back passion to the broken relationship.

Healing In Affair Relationships - Can They Really Last

Healing In Affair Relationships - Can They Really Last

Hello guys,

Affair in marriages do happen. But what do you do if you're in this situation? Can there be healing from affair? Can a marriage survive an affair?

Affair relationships, can they really last? If your relationship has started off as an affair and the two of you are wondering if you should leave your spouses and try to make a go of your relationship, you have to carefully consider the consequences of such an action.

It's very tough to keep a relationship going if it has started off by both of you lying and cheating. For one thing you're both going to have a real problem trusting each other. I mean, you both know that you've both cheated, how can you ever really be sure that you won't each cheat on each other?  Even if the two of you can overcome that, there are still all the other issues to consider.

For one thing, are there kids involved?  This is by far the hardest situation to work through. No one wants to hurt their kids and it will be virtually impossible for the kids to ever feel warm fuzzies for the person who broke their other parent's heart (at least that's the way the kids will see it. More than likely they'll let their cheating parent largely off the hook and blame the other man/woman).

Even if there aren't kids involved, you have to remember that this relationship is just like any other: it starts off hot and passionate, but can you keep that alive? Your marriage probably started off that way too and look where that is.

One of the biggest reasons the two of you felt so free in the first place was because you didn't share any responsibilities.  The day to day grind is almost always what slowly works it's way between couples and causes the problems. You have to be realistic enough to recognize that the very same thing will happen between the two of you over time. Your brand new 'soulmate' may not seem so brand new in five or ten years... just like your spouse.

Of course, having considered all of these facts there still remains one question you have to ask yourself, do you still love your spouse? If you can honestly say that you just don't feel love for your spouse (and I'm not talking about the fireworks, tingling toes feeling that always fades and changes in any relationship) than despite the pain it will cause you might be doing them a favor in the long run by leaving.

If it comes to that, it's best for everyone involved if you don't let them know that the catalyst for the breakup is your affair. That is one secret you should keep to yourself. Just let your spouse know that the marriage is over and be as compassionate as possible.

Affair relationships almost never work, but if the two of you have decided that even though you met in the wrong way, you still have a deep love for each other and that your marriages have been over for a long time, you might as well give it a go.  Just keep the fact that you've been together while you were still married to other people, between the two of you. No need to cause unnecessary pain.

If you like to read more on affair in marriage or about relationships then I suggest you download the book Magic of Making Up by T.W. Jackson. Download and read through it.

Cheating In A Relationship - WOW - It Hurts Really

Cheating In A Relationship - WOW - It Hurts Really

Hey guys,

Wow, cheating in a relationship is one of the most difficult betrayals to overcome, and many couples can never really move past it.  It will take a lot of time and love to rebuild the distrust that cheating has caused and unless both of you are committed to it 100% you might as well call it quits right now because it simply won't work.

If you're the one who has been cheated on, it may be very difficult for you to ever trust your partner again, no matter how much they apologize. If you tell them that you are willing to try you better make darn sure that you really are willing to try.  One of the biggest traps of this type of situation is the tendency of the person who was betrayed to punish the cheater throughout the rest of the relationship.  The problem is, that you won't really know if that's what will happen or not since you might sincerely believe you can forgive them for the betrayal.

The matter of the heart can be really difficult to cure. Before you even try to mend the relationship it's important you ask yourself why. Make sure that you are only staying because you truly believe the two of you can make things work and not because you're afraid of being on your own.  If your partner has cheated more than once, do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, away.  We often get confused about the causes of cheating, we think it's about sex, but it's not really. The truth is that it's about one persons serious character flaws and insecurities.

There have been a string of high profile cases lately where husbands have cheated on their (very beautiful) wives almost from the day they said "I do".  What is their excuse?  Is it an addiction?  Is it that their wives weren't meeting their needs?  The truth is that with most of these cases the cheaters are just insecure children who never grew up enough to live up to their word.  When they said "I do" it was supposed to mean "I won't" but they selfishly did whatever it was that made them feel better for a few minutes.

If you're in a relationship with someone like that you are really better off to just leave.  It's unlikely that any amount of therapy will help your partner grow up and grow a conscience or grow some character. You don't need the pain.

If, on the other hand, your partner made a one time mistake and the two of you had a great relationship prior to that (and you think you really can forgive them) than by all means give it a shot.  It would probably be best to enlist the help of a therapist who can help the two of you navigate the minefield that is going to follow the affair.  It will be tough for the two of you to keep your emotions in check long enough to find a path to the loving relationship you once shared.

It won't be easy but cheating in a relationship can be overcome but only if both parties really want it.  If you aren't both committed totally to making things better and moving on, than you're better off calling it quits right now so you can find someone who knows what honesty and fidelity is all about.

If you're intent that your broken relationship can be mended then before you go any further, I recommend that you download and read through the book, "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson.

To Save My Marriage Help Me Please

To Save My Marriage Help Me Please

Hey guys,

Are you asking yourself, "Is it possible to save my marriage?" If you're in what feels like a loveless marriage or you're already at the point of separation and/or divorce, you may very well be asking yourself this question. Often times, only one person in the marriage is thinking this question. The other either doesn't even realize there is something wrong, or just wants out altogether. If you are thinking that you need to start working on your marriage because it feels like it's in a downward plunge, or you want to get your marriage back, then here are a few quick tips you can use.

Take A Step Back

The first step in order to be able to answer your question of "Will I be able to save my marriage?", is to take a step back from it. Try to analyze your situation objectively, without all the emotions. This is hard, and it is probably harder if you are still in the marriage but do the best you can. Write things down. Try to figure out turning points, mistakes, what went wrong, and how you could have possibly avoided it. If you have already split with your husband or wife, minimize contact as much as possible so that you can have the time to get a more objective perspective. This is not about blaming, but rather about assessing the situation so try to do this without placing blame on yourself or on your spouse. When you are doing this, try to pick out the real reasons for problems, not the symptoms. For example, if one of you cheated, that is not really the problem, but the result of an underlying problem, or several of them. Of course, that just adds to all the problems because a relationship is based on trust, and cheating really violates that. But there were other issues that lead to the cheating as well. You may also want to see a counselor or therapist who can help you determine some of the problems and give you an unbiased viewpoint.

Time For Action

After the "assessment phase" comes the time for action. This is where you should speak to your spouse about what you've been analyzing. This is most likely not going to be fun so gear up for some opposition and prepare to be strong. You of course want to listen what he or she has to say, but make sure that your voice is heard too. Also be prepared to change your mind if your spouse brings up something that you hadn't realized or thought of. This is not particularly enjoyable, but at least you are communicating. And communication is the key to all relationships, whether it be marriage, friendship, work, etc. Continue to communicate. If it seems that you are continuously butting heads over every little point, and neither of you is willing to listen or give in, then the answer to the question of "Is it possible to save my marriage" might be no. But if you see even a little bit of progress, hold on to that and make it work.

Definitely, there's a lot more you can or need to do but this few quick tips can help the ball-a-rolling. I recommend that you download the book by T.W. Jackson "Magic of Making Up" before you do anything else as it's full of tips that you can learn and use to save your marriage. Marriage Advice - Can I Stop My Divorce

Marriage Advice - Can I Stop My Divorce

Hello guys,

Can I stop my divorce? Have you been asking yourself that question lately? It’s a hard question to answer because every situation is so different. In many cases, “Can I stop my divorce?” can be answered, “Yes, for at least a while.”

Divorce lawyers do a booming business. Over half of marriages end in divorce. Have you ever wondered why that number is so high?  Is it because too many couples get married too quickly before they really know what they’re getting into? Are they asking, “Can I stop my divorce?” practically before the last piece of wedding cake is wrapped?

Are people marrying too young? These things might seem like pat answers, but when you consider that many couples who have been married for 20, 30 and 40 years are getting divorced too, that seems to eliminate the more frivolous marriages and divorces like those we see among starlets and stars.

No, usually when you wonder, “Can I stop my divorce?” it’s not because you married too young or because you’re in a marriage that was doomed from the start. It’s just that you’ve grown apart from your spouse. It happens in marriages.

On one hand that’s good. It means you’ve grown, and generally a married person needs to be in a caring, nurturing marriage to grow. On the other hand it’s all too easy to grow in such a way that we feel a bit isolated from our spouse, as if they don’t know a certain part of us that we might like to keep private.

When one spouse grows and takes on new interests, it can cause that disconnect between the spouses. Sometimes there’s jealousy and envy that a spouse is succeeding while the other feels inadequate or cheated in some way. Marriage counseling is the recommended treatment for such feelings.

Until or instead of counseling, though, you can try to take an interest in something that your spouse does apart from you. You’ll quickly discover if the gap between your activities is the problem. If your spouse isn’t thrilled about your interest, then let it go. He or she considers that particularly activity to be 'me' time for them.

On the other hand, if your spouse seems very enthusiastic about you getting involved, maybe that was part of the problem all along. He or she wanted to include you but didn’t know how to go about it, or didn’t think you would be interested.

Show genuine interest and ask questions without overdoing it unless you are genuinely excited by the topic. Engage your spouse in conversation about the interest. Be affectionate as you’re talking by putting a hand on his/her arm or shoulder.

Since you’re wondering, “Can I stop my divorce?” you’re going to want to do everything you can get to things on your side. You’re in rescue mode, so no matter how disinterested you might be in your spouse’s hobby, don’t let it show.

And while you’re wondering, “Can I stop my divorce?” don’t forget that your spouse might turn around and ask you about your hobby, too. It's all part of being in a relationship. It needs some give and take in both parties.

If you want to learn more on how to improve your relationship in dating and marriage then I highly recommend that you read through "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson. His book have help many couples improved their relationship and it's a good resource for you.

Help I Want My Husband Back - Marriage Advice

Help I Want My Husband Back - Marriage Advice

Hello ladies,

Do you tell people, “I want my husband back?” It’s not uncommon to want your husband back after you split up, no matter how bad things were when you were together. So before you absolutely decide that yes, “I want my husband back,” you should think long and hard about the way things were before you split up.

Think about why you split up in the first place. Was it your fault, his, or both your faults? Sometimes it’s hard to tell whose fault it was because so many little things seemed to contribute to the break up.

If there’s no obvious reason like one of you had an affair or somehow betrayed the other, then there’ s a better chance that your mantra of, “I want my husband back” will work out!

If there was an affair or a really big and hurtful problem like that, getting back together will be more of a challenge. But you can still do it, if you both want it and you both work hard at it. If you both don’t want it, it’s pretty unlikely that it will happen.

Have you asked your husband if he’s interested in getting back together? Do you even know his feelings about it? You might be surprised to find that while you’re saying, “I want my husband back!” he’s not that desperate to get back into the relationship.

That doesn’t mean that he doesn’t care about you, by the way. Just that something in the relationship wasn’t right for him and he’s no longer afraid to admit that. As bad as that sounds, it doesn’t mean that the relationship can’t be fixed.

If you can get him onboard and willing to try some of these techniques, try reading a book about marriage problems out loud to each other over breakfast or in the evening before bed. If you’re reading it at the same time, then it’s easier for you to discuss what you’ve just read while it’s all fresh on your mind.

Don’t be upset or alarmed if he doesn’t have any interest in going to counseling. While this does make it harder to get your man back, it can still be done. You can go to the counseling on your own and learn the techniques you need to communicate with him properly.

You can teach him these techniques, either overtly (here, let me show you) or covertly, by simply using them every time you interact. Even if he has no interest in learning anything you learned in class, the very act of doing the exercises yourself can give you a sense of power you didn’t have before.

Going to the counseling can make you feel like you have some power in the relationship, and can influence it either for the better or the worse. And since you’re alone with the counselor you can talk about some private issues that bother you, as well. Soon, “I want my husband back” could turn into, “I got my husband back.”

It's really your choice. Before you do anything else, I recommend that you read through "Magic of Magic Up" authored by T.W. Jackson. His book have helped many couples all around the world get through their broken relationship and getting back together. Get yours today and start reading.

Relationship Advice - Emotional Infidelity What It Is And How To Recognize It

Relationship Advice - Emotional Infidelity What It Is And How To Recognize It

Hey guys,

Emotional infidelity is almost always the first step on the road to cheating, and may well be considered cheating in its own right. There is far more to a relationship than just have a physical relationship with only one person and one person only. The truly satisfying and meaningful part of a relationship is the bond you share with the other person.

A relationship is about sharing your thoughts, feeling and soul with another.

The emotional connection is a deep and integral part of a relationship, which is what makes emotional infidelity so devastating. The true bond in a relationship goes far beyond just physical fidelity; it's a large part of what makes a relationship a relationship. A relationship is about sharing your thoughts, feeling and soul with another.

Emotional infidelity is when your significant other begins to form those same kinds of bonds with another person. This almost always goes along with withdrawing from the original relationship.

You go from being your significant other's friend and confidant to being a stranger in your own relationship. This freezing out can be difficult to deal with, and may be hard to see. You may feel that the problem is on your end and that you are the one doing something wrong.

At the same time, emotional infidelity involves the other person forming bonds with another person outside the marriage. One of the terrible things about emotional infidelity is that it can be difficult to define and identify. Because there is nothing as obvious as sleeping with another person going on, saying for certain that it is going on is trickier to prove.

One big sign is a sexual chemistry between the two people, flirting and teasing each other. It may seem innocent because there is nothing physical going on, but emotional infidelity will cause the person to behave differently.

This is a key point that you need to keep in mind when you suspect emotional infidelity. Everybody has friends; men have their best buddies, women have their girlfriends. Many people have close friends of the opposite sex, people with whom they confide much of their lives.

This isn't emotional infidelity, and the big thing to look for is signs of guilt. The big sign that someone is becoming involved with someone else on an emotional level is the fact that your significant other feels compelled to hide it. No one hides their relationships with just friends from their significant others. When they're hiding something, it means there is something to hide.

Emotional infidelity is a problem in and of itself, but it tends to be one of the early signs of a relationship going bad. The next step is usually physical infidelity, and this is almost always preceded by emotional infidelity. If you can recognize and do something about emotional infidelity, you may have an easier time than if you catch it at a later stage.

The two big signs are emotional disengagement and secretive behavior. If your significant other is pulling away from you, becoming distance or hostile, this is a big sign. Likewise, if they are acting suspiciously, hiding phone calls and emails, avoiding questions and just generally acting like they have a secret, this is a sign.

You need to catch emotional infidelity in its early stages an fix it. This can be tough to do, but if you suspect emotional infidelity in your relationship, then you need to seek out and advice and instruction on how to fix your relationship. If you would like to read more on this subject matter then I suggest you download and read through "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson.

Cheating On Spouse - 7 Top Signs Of Cheating In A Relationship

Cheating On Spouse - 7 Top Signs Of Cheating In A Relationship

Hey guys,

If you suspect your partner at all, you should look for signs of cheating in a relationship. Usually if you see smoke, a fire is burning somewhere. So if you have doubt in your partner’s fidelity, there’s probably a reason.

Remember that just because you see signs of cheating in a relationship, though, that doesn’t necessarily mean that cheating is going on. Once you’ve seen the signs, you’ll have to look further to determine if cheating is really happening.

And sometimes there are no signs of cheating in a relationship and yet cheating is going on. It’s not an easy position to be in, to have to figure these things out.

The following signs can certainly lead you one direction or another. Don’t make a decision just based on one or even a few of them. But a lot of evidence can certainly let you know that something may be wrong, and you may want to look at little closer.

• Secret cell phone conversations are one of the top signs. If your partner leaves the room every time the cell phone rings, you have to wonder why. Were they taught that’s polite? If they’re at all strange acting about the conversation, you should pay attention.

• Sudden change in hygiene is common when someone is having an affair. If your partner never goes to any special trouble for you to make sure he or she looks and smells good, a change in this could be worrisome. If they’re making themselves nice for you, that’s great. If they’re dolling up to go out, you have to wonder why.

• More arguments can be one of the signs of cheating in a relationship. Particularly if it seems your partner is starting the argument for no reason and then storming out because of it. It could be just an excuse to leave and have some time away from you without having to come up with another excuse.

• Catching your partner in a lie can mean trouble. Even the smallest lie shows that person’s willingness to lie in general. Look for connections between that lie and the possibility of an affair.

• An increase in computer time can be a bad sign. If your partner is spending hours online after you’re in bed or while you’re doing other things, it could be an affair.

• A common sign of cheating is if your friends act strange. They might know something you don’t and feel uncomfortable around you.

• And a painfully common sign of cheating is if your partner accuses you of cheating or hints that he thinks you might be having an affair. Very often, that’s a guilty conscious talking and you’re being accused of the thing that’s causing him or her guilt.

The only way to know for sure is to have real evidence. So remember that even though these are common signs of cheating in a relationship, none of them can be used to prove an affair is occurring.

It's always good to do your own due diligence and try to get your relationship in shape so your partner wouldn't have any excuses to have an affair in the first place. That's why I suggest you read books on how to improve your relationship in dating and even marriage.

Here's a book that I recommend you download and read through called "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson. His book have helped many couples with their relationships problem and I'm sure it'll be a good help for you in your relationship too.

Want My Wife Back Now After I Screwed Up

Want My Wife Back Now After I Screwed Up

Hey guys,

Well, you blew it and now you are crying, “I want my wife back!” Was it something dumb that you did or kept doing? You probably had it coming, then. You dug your hole and now you're stuck in it. So are you going to just stay in that hole or are you going to try and climb out of it?

If you are serious when you say, “I want my wife back” then you better get climbing. Those who "want my wife back” need to know this word: HUMILITY. You better believe that it is going to take some crawling and some begging if you are going to get her back. You can't start feeling that you are too good to come back to her on your knees. If she is still mad at you, you probably deserve it.

The first thing you need to do is admit that you messed up. Don't make excuses for it and don't try to cover it up. If she starts telling you how bad it is, you have to agree with it. This is no time to try and defend what you did. Don't lie about it, you have to be honest. Lying will only get you in more trouble. Also, don't try and gloss over it saying it wasn't that big of a deal. If it cost you your marriage, then obviously it was a big deal.

The second thing that you are going to have to do is not just tell her that you are going to be better. You may have tried that before but didn't get better. You have to make her believe it. It will take more than words to get her to believe it. If there is something that you did that you should stop doing then you probably need to take steps to stop it.

For those of you that have a problem with drugs or alcohol, you better go and get some help. You should be working on that before you start telling her that you are trying to change. If it has to do with anger issues, get enrolled in anger management classes and start taking them. Whatever problem it is she says you have, you better be making steps to get it corrected. If you really “want my wife back” you better get serious about making those changes.

You may find this to be a lot of work and that is because it is hard work. You may think that you are just fine the way you are but “the way you are” caused the breakup to happen in the first place. The way you were wasn't good enough. Your pride may cause you to believe that you are too good to do a lot of the above but to get your wife back you need to lose your pride and learn a lot of humility. You can't let your pride get in the way of doing what you need to do to when you “want my wife back”.

There are a lot of ways to get your wife back be it from affair in marriage or losing passion in your love life. If you really want to get your wife back and you're at a lost on what to do in your situation then you should download and read through Magic of Making Up. Authored by T.W. Jackson, it have help many couples from all over the world get back together again. You should definitely check it out.

Save Relationship - With A Strong Relationship Depression Can Be Beaten

Save Relationship - With A Strong Relationship Depression Can Be Beat

Hey guys,

The only thing worse than going through depression is being in a relationship with someone who is showing signs of relationship depression. It is difficult to watch them go through this dark period of life.

Many relationships end because of it because there doesn't seem to be any end to it and it begins to wear on both people in the relationship. But, if you really love someone then it's in this time of need that we should work together to go through it.

Depression makes people think irrationally and causes them to be blind to the good things in life, like you. They will make you feel like everything you do to try and make their world a little better is a wasted effort. It isn't, though.

The fact that you are there beside them means more to them than you will ever realize. They wouldn't blame you for leaving and will sometimes try and make the decision easier for you. They don't really want you to leave, though. They want you to be with them and help if you can.

The first thing that you can do to help them deal with their depression is to understand it. Educate yourself about this mental disorder. Seek out to find what causes it. It could be because they lost a job or did something that brought on a feeling of failure.

There are many reasons that it could have started but one thing is certain, even if you are in a strong relationship, depression, once it has begun can snowball.

You will need to make sure that you take care of yourself in this relationship. Depression, gone unchecked, can be contagious. When you are learning about depression make sure that you are watching for signs that you may be exhibiting.

If you are then you should be quick in seeking help from psychologists or counselors. Once both of you start falling into depression it may be impossible for either of you to see the light of day.

When you start getting worn down because of the weight of it all try and take some time to step back away from it and take care of a past relationship and depression sometimes go hand in hand. When a relationship has failed it is easy to feel like every relationship after that is doomed to fail.

Once someone begins feeling that way they will many times turn their current relationships in to a failed one. If this has begun to happen it is important to get relationship advice from marriage counselors and work with them to prevent it.

This is not the only reason that marriages or dating relationships fail while one is in depression. Just the strain will cause it to suffer. Seek relationship advice from trained professionals as much as possible.

Above all, do not give up. Believe that you can help them overcome their depression and believe that the effort you are making matters. There are few things more powerful than what can come from a strong relationship.

Depression is a tough foe but it can be beaten when the one you love has you to depend on. With a strong relationship depression can be beat.

I recommend you download and read through Magic Of Making Up eBook course by T.W. Jackson. Inside, you'll find load of resources pertaining to your particular relationship. He has helped countless other couples in 77+ countries. And, I'm pretty sure, you'll find it useful too.

Saving a Broken Relationship - Broken Trust How To Stop A Divorce

Saving a Broken Relationship - Broken Trust How To Stop A Divorce

Hey guys,

There are many who want to know how to stop a divorce and saving the relationship. There are many answers. But, not all of them may apply. People get divorced for many reasons. One of the most common has to do with broken trust.

If the reason that you are in the situation where your spouse is because you have been unfaithful there are things that you should and shouldn't do to help. If there is something that you did that is the problem, don't tell them that you can change or try to talk them into believing it, make the change aka do it instead of just talking about it.

If you seriously want to know how to stop a divorce start with accepting responsibility. Actions speak louder than words. If it is something that is a matter of trust that you have hurt, don't do it again. In fact don't do anything that will give your spouse any reason to question your faithfulness.

If you want them to love you and trust you, you have to prove that you are worthy of trust again. It will take time and hopefully you have not burned them so much that they will never trust you. If you have broken trust, the truth is you don't deserve to be trusted.

It is the efforts to be faithful that will assure them that you are changing. Don't deny that you have betrayed their trust and don't try to justify it. Don't get mad because they don't trust you and don't argue about it. If you messed up, own up and take responsibility.

There may be situations where the one you love has been guilty of breaking trust and has been guilty of infidelity. Think of how you would want them to give you another chance. If you feel that you would be, it very well may be that they deserve one as well. Put yourself in their shoes and treat them the way you would want to be treated.

Try to understand why this happened. It very well may be that it can be resolved. Many times, however, it cannot be. Ask how to stop a divorce by going to friends who have been in your shoes and been through a divorce or from other sources where they have been trained in how to deal with these situations.

If your relationship is important at all, it is well worth trying to find help before you take breaking up as the only option. Try to find the best relationship advice you can. Be ready for depression to come because of what the two of you are going through. It isn't easy to deal with this and you may need some kind of therapy to help you cope and understand what is happening.

Love relationships can be great but they can also bring a great deal of stress when there is broken trust involved. If you want to know how to stop a divorce, seek as much help as possible. You don't have to do it alone.

I recommend that you download and read through "Magic of Making Up" before you do anything else. The book is authored by T.W. 'Dub' Jackson and he have helped thousand others couple in 77+ countries solve their relationship particular problem.

His method is a little controversial because he's work in the trenches helping couples instead of just writing a book about it without any kind of experience. That's why I highly recommend that you read it.

Marriage Saved - How to get your spouse to love you again

Marriage Saved - How to get your spouse to love you again

Author - Andrew Rusbatch

If your spouse says “I have fallen out of love with you,” don’t panic. You can take charge of the situation and even begin to rekindle your relationship.

You have to start by understanding. It’s very easy for us to connect losing the feelings of being in love with actual loving when it is not really the case. After the initial thrill of romance is gone, couples often find themselves lost and confused. What they don’t realize is that love is not just this heady feeling that carries us away. That feeling has a shelf life. When the prospect of spending years together sets in, the correct question to ask one’s self would be “How now do I love without the initial thrill?”

We have to discover that every relationship has stages:

- falling in love,
- the honeymoon stage,
- chaos or disillusionment,
- then mature love or resolution.

We are very quick to judge that we no longer love someone just because the feelings fade. With proper understanding, we can expect that even if the feeling may not be there, it doesn’t mean we don’t love.

In truth, love is a commitment. It is not just a feeling, it is a doing. A mature person loves by choice and not simply by circumstance.

The next step would be to manage your partner’s feelings or lack thereof by starting with dialogue. Talk about the feelings and find out what happened, where is it coming from? There are numerous tools and methods available for a couple – together or with a counselor/mediator – that would help them examine their present situation. Talk to your spouse and tell him or her that the relationship deserves at the very least, dialogue.

In dialogue, let your spouse talk and you listen. There may be important things you need to learn about your spouse and your marriage. On the other hand, you can also share your own feelings about what is happening. Try not to place blame on your spouse, however, but share your thoughts and feelings by using “I feel…” statements.

In the meantime, do some self-improvement. It is never too late to evolve into a happier, more mature and more lovable person --- even if it’s just something you do for yourself. For all you know, this new you will be more attractive to your spouse and come as a surprise to him or her.

Finally, don’t stop reinforcing your presence in the marriage. Do some positive loving acts for your spouse – without expecting anything in return. These mirror your mature, positive view of what love really is. Make these acts little things. They don’t have to be grand gestures. It’s the everyday things that actually build trust, intimacy and love between couples.

Affair in Marriage - Can a Marriage Really Heal After Infidelity?

Affair in Marriage - Can a Marriage Really Heal After Infidelity?

Hey guys,

Can you really heal and rebuild a marriage?

There will be healing that needs to be done together along with the healing of each individual. It can also bring back the intimate connection into your marriage.

One thing for sure,  if the affair is still going on or there is still any kind of contact even if it's not sexual there will be NO healing. The best way to do this is to have the wayward spouse send a certified no contact letter in their own handwriting to the affair partner.

An agreement must be made between them that all contact must end between the wayward spouse and the affair partner and it must be permanent. This MUST be done for there to be any healing in the marriage. Every time the agreement has been broken the wayward spouse must tell the betrayed spouse about it as soon as possible.

This will build some trust back up in your marriage if this is done every time. And, in this way everything that needs to be said can be with no interruptions and without adding or saying anything you don't want said. That's what you are clearly trying to avoid.

The wayward spouse should also state how much they have hurt you and how they are going to spend the rest of their life making it up to them.

If the wayward spouse does this just for his/her spouse and continues contact with the Affair Partner, then the Affair Partner won't take the No Contact Letter seriously.

So, the Wayward Spouse must stand firm and continually tell the Affair Partner how much he still loves his wife and wants to work on their marriage.

After the Wayward Spouse has finished the No Contact Letter, the Betrayed Spouse should read it, if it wasn't written together.

Here is an example of a "No Contact Letter":

Dear [put name here],

The relationship I had with you was thoughtless and cruel.

I am committed to my marriage and determined to make up for all the hurt I've caused my family.

Because of the terrible offense to my spouse and the damage I have done to our marriage, I am permanently ending all contact with you.

Please also respect my wish that you not attempt to contact me in any way at any time.

Sincerely,

[name here]

Wayward Spouse's are usually afraid to say and tell all, as they don't want to cause great pain for their spouse. What some Wayward Spouse's don't realize is that lying and lying by omission just causes more pain and trauma in the Betrayed Spouse making it feel like your both back to square one.

They have to know that they will not be attacked when disclosing any information. This is why it's a good idea, when first starting out with this and emotions are running very high, to do this in front of a counselor or marriage coach.

When full disclosure of the affair doesn't happen the trust and respect one for the other just never materializes. The affair will always be a wedge in the middle of their marriage. It has been found that not fully disclosing the affair details to the Betrayed Spouse that the Wayward Spouse stays emotionally attached to the Affair Partner. There is a much higher percent of the affair continuing or another affair happening later on.

It actually causes more damage to the Betrayed Spouse to find out bits of information later on, on their own. I believe that it needs to be written down on paper. The Betrayed Spouse should be able to ask questions and the Wayward Spouse should answer them with kindness and patience.

If you think you are going to explode with anger or be very upset, then STOP and walk away until you can begin again. The Betrayed Spouse did not make them do it (having the affair). That is the choice of the person getting involved in the affair and has nothing to do with what the Betrayed Spouse did or didn't do.

Now, the Betrayed Spouse should be responsible for some of the problems in the marriage and for taking it upon themselves to fix their parts in the breakdown of the marriage. This sometimes can be a very hard thing to actually believe. So, there are some things that should be done right away in repairing your marriage.

The big thing is to be totally honest with one another. Also, don't attack each other for how the other is feeling. Hide nothing!! Be an open book, both of you!

"...we are starting over with a clean slate"

I have been working for a long time trying to rebuild trust with my husband after his affair. He felt that just because he was sorry and wanted to work it out that I should IMMEDIATELY trust him again and stopped talking about the affair.

However I still had questions that were haunting me and could not move forward. Once he read your section on how to rebuild the trust, he understood more about what I needed from him!

It is amazing that some of the things mentioned in your section are exactly what I wanted to happen. Of course when I said it, he didn't give much thought to it but I guess seeing it in writing from an actual author made it real.

After reading just this one section and understanding what I needed from him my husband agreed to answer ANY question in regards to his affair that I had. Believe me it wasn't easy for either one of us to actually have to tell the truth about what happened on his part and for me to hear it.

But now for the first time I honestly feel like we are starting over with a clean slate.

Thank you Dr. Gunzburg!"

"you made us more understanding, open and empathetic to each other."

"Dr. Gunzburg, you helped to restore the trust in my relationship by letting my spouse and myself both know what we were feeling and going through.

We learned that what we are feeling and going through is okay and part of the healing process and you also taught us what the other person is feeling and you made us more understanding, open and empathetic to each other.

You gave me hope to not to give up when we hit a rough patch, but to continue what we were doing and just keep communicating until that rough patch passed, which they do more easily and quickly now."
