Bad Relationship Tips - Are You Being Too Agreeable for Love to Last?

Bad Relationship Tips - Are You Being Too Agreeable for Love to Last?

Hey guys,

Being in a relationship is not easy. Much of the things in life isn't easy anyway. So, what's make you think being in a relationship is? Sometime, no matter how much we try to accommodate our partner, we will still, once in awhile at least, having a disagreement or two. It's pretty much part and parcel of life in a relationship. It's OKAY, to let off steams sometime. Just letting someone you love how you really feel might actually help. If only we talk!

Most people reading this will not think it's possible to have a partner that's too agreeable. Anyone who has been in a relationship knows that two different personalities will eventually get on each other's nerves. It's a fact of life, when two people occupy the same space, they will occasionally overstep boundaries, hurt feelings, or simply make one another madder than the hatter in Alice in Wonderland. The people you love most often drive you the craziest.

Arguing, in these situations is a normal response. On occasion, there may even be dish flinging, clothes throwing, knock down drag out kinds of disagreements (often followed by mind-blowing making-up sessions). It's normal to fight. It's even natural. What isn't natural, in relationships, is to always agree or never fight. Arguments are important tools in relationships. They do more than just let off a little steam. Here are a few reasons why you need to have the occasional argument in your relationship.

Arguments Clear the Air

They are important tools for letting your partner know how you really feel. IN relationships where couples never fight, it's often the first fight, the one that reveals all the pent up frustrations, hurt, and anger, that result in the ending of that relationship. Arguments let the other person know when how you feel, how you're hurting, and what to avoid in the future.

Arguments Show Engagement in the Relationship

They certainly bring an element of excitement into the relationship. They let your partner know you're there and hold nothing back. They show that you are passionately involved in the relationship and that you do care. They serve as a barometer for the level of affection in the relationship, in many cases, and are important tools for your partner to understand how vested in the relationship you really are.

Arguments Establish Important Issues for Both of You

We all know there are hot-button political and religious issues that should not be discussed in polite society. The same holds true when it comes to relationships. Those topics aren't always as clearly defined as religion and politics. In some relationships it's cooking, mechanical abilities (did anyone else notice how Jill on Home Improvement always quietly called in a professional once Tim finished fixing things?), family, friends, or even politics and religion.

Once you establish that these are hot topics for you by having that first heated argument, you know to back off and avoid discussing the issue. Sometimes, you must agree to disagree. But, if you never let your partner know how you really feel and how important the issue is for you, then he or she is likely to keep discussing it causing your blood to boil. Unless you let your partner know how you feel, your partner is going to assume you agree.

Don't let your first fight be the final blow for your relationship. Learn to speak up and let your partner know what you really think and feel. Most important of all, learn to fight fair so that the disagreements and arguments you do have are productive rather than destructive.

These are some of the tips you can use when you are in a relationship. If you are interested to read up on more tips to improve your knowledge, relationship and even make it better, then you might want to download and read through the book, "Magic of Making up" by T.W. Jackson.

Self Help For Relationships - Does It Work

Self Help For Relationships - Does It Work

Hey guys,

Does self help for relationships work? You might want to continue reading to find out the answer.

Everything is perfect, you two never argue and it would be impossible to be happier than you are right now. In fact, if Hollywood were to make a movie about the perfect couple, they would simply write about your relationship, right? Okay, let's face it, nobody really has a relationship like that, and if they think they do then they need to get their head examined. It's time to look at the way things work in the real world.

The truth is that a lot of couples feel like they are on shaky ground and that things could come to an end with little warning. That being said, even good relationships can benefit from a bit of help from time to time. The good news is that there is a lot of relationship self help material available. But some of it is better than others.

Why does it matter how good the relationship self help stuff is? That's a fair question. It matters because you and your partner matter. It makes sense that you want something that will actually work. Some self help products are ineffective, which means you won't get better, but you won't get worse either. And making things worse is one of the risks you take when you follow bad relationship advice.

The internet is filled with tons of products that promise to improve relationships. It is easier than ever to access this information as well. That makes it easy and convenient to start healing your relationship right away. All it takes is to make a simple payment online and you can download the product to your computer for instant access.

One way to check to see if what you are buying is any good is to look for online reviews. People share their experiences with different things all the time, and products that claim to fix relationships are no exception. Simply type the title of whatever you want to get into your favorite search engine and see what people are saying about it.

All of this is well and good, but there is a catch. Relationship self help means you actually have to do the work yourself. Just reading about it or getting advice will do nothing to make things better. The only way to make improvements is to take action. It's not always easy, but if you care for each other then it's a small investment of time in the bigger scope of things.

Finally, don't worry too much about your relationship not being perfect; nobody's is perfect. However, you should also be aware how things are going, and be ready to take action when needed. There will be times when you need some relationship self help, and that's okay. After all, if you have a choice between being in a bad relationship or a good one, it stands to reason that you would want things to be better. But it's up to you to take the first step and follow through. When things start going better, you'll be glad you did.

If you're looking for a self help for relationships product, I recommend that you check out the book by T.W. Jackson. His book are full of advice on relationships which include practical list of things you can do to mend your broken relationships. Also include advice on love, marriage help, breakup help and even how to mend a broken heart or if your relationship even deserve to be saved?

Don't take my word for it though. For more info just click the link below:

Lady Gaga - Bad Romance

Lady Gaga - Bad Romance

Hey guys,

Ok. Some people like her and some don't. Everyone got their own opinions of her but still, you'll expect this from an entertainer. If you take too seriously of her then you're just wasting your time. Expect the unexpected from her. She's just doing her job.

In any case, this song is just about a bad romance that most of us would have been in before. It's normal. Relationships, come and go. If you think, it's best to move on then do it. If the both of you think want to give it another try then make sure you work the kinks out before you do. Have an open heart to heart talk, clear out all doubts and give it another chance. Learn from your past mistakes.

Just know, if it's not meant to be then so be it. It's not the end of the world and sure it hurts, but life goes on. If you want to read up more on relationships, I recommend you download the book, "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson.

Cheating In A Relationship - WOW - It Hurts Really

Cheating In A Relationship - WOW - It Hurts Really

Hey guys,

Wow, cheating in a relationship is one of the most difficult betrayals to overcome, and many couples can never really move past it.  It will take a lot of time and love to rebuild the distrust that cheating has caused and unless both of you are committed to it 100% you might as well call it quits right now because it simply won't work.

If you're the one who has been cheated on, it may be very difficult for you to ever trust your partner again, no matter how much they apologize. If you tell them that you are willing to try you better make darn sure that you really are willing to try.  One of the biggest traps of this type of situation is the tendency of the person who was betrayed to punish the cheater throughout the rest of the relationship.  The problem is, that you won't really know if that's what will happen or not since you might sincerely believe you can forgive them for the betrayal.

The matter of the heart can be really difficult to cure. Before you even try to mend the relationship it's important you ask yourself why. Make sure that you are only staying because you truly believe the two of you can make things work and not because you're afraid of being on your own.  If your partner has cheated more than once, do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, away.  We often get confused about the causes of cheating, we think it's about sex, but it's not really. The truth is that it's about one persons serious character flaws and insecurities.

There have been a string of high profile cases lately where husbands have cheated on their (very beautiful) wives almost from the day they said "I do".  What is their excuse?  Is it an addiction?  Is it that their wives weren't meeting their needs?  The truth is that with most of these cases the cheaters are just insecure children who never grew up enough to live up to their word.  When they said "I do" it was supposed to mean "I won't" but they selfishly did whatever it was that made them feel better for a few minutes.

If you're in a relationship with someone like that you are really better off to just leave.  It's unlikely that any amount of therapy will help your partner grow up and grow a conscience or grow some character. You don't need the pain.

If, on the other hand, your partner made a one time mistake and the two of you had a great relationship prior to that (and you think you really can forgive them) than by all means give it a shot.  It would probably be best to enlist the help of a therapist who can help the two of you navigate the minefield that is going to follow the affair.  It will be tough for the two of you to keep your emotions in check long enough to find a path to the loving relationship you once shared.

It won't be easy but cheating in a relationship can be overcome but only if both parties really want it.  If you aren't both committed totally to making things better and moving on, than you're better off calling it quits right now so you can find someone who knows what honesty and fidelity is all about.

If you're intent that your broken relationship can be mended then before you go any further, I recommend that you download and read through the book, "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson.

Learn The Reason Why Men Leave Pregnant Women

Learn The Reason Why Men Leave Pregnant Women

Hello ladies,

If you have wondered, hopefully not from personal experience, why men leave pregnant women there are many reasons. If the woman is his wife than it will probably be completely unexpected; after all he is committed to the marriage why bail now?

Other than the unexpectedness of a married man leaving his pregnant wife, it's usually pretty easy to spot the type of 'man' who would leave his pregnant girlfriend.  I think all women need to use common sense before they get intimately involved with any man.

Get To Know Him

First of all if you are entering into an intimate relationship with a man before you have really gotten to know him you have to be aware that there are many  potential dangers besides unexpected pregnancy.  If you've been in the relationship for at least a little time there have probably been many signs that this guy is a loser.

Personal Counseling

Women are too quick to 'forgive' bad behavior in the men they date.  They will say things like "he's got a good heart', "that's just the way he was raised", "it's a guy thing", etc. to justify the selfish and inconsiderate things their boyfriends do. If you're this type of woman you really should get counseling so you can understand why you would settle for this type of relationship.

Stay Away From Abusive Men

The reality is that some men just don't like women and they get off on treating them badly.  For some guys it can be a real ego boost to treat his girlfriend like trash and have her keep coming back for more.  If you're in a relationship with that type of guy it's not too much of a stretch to think he might leave you if you got pregnant.

Any man who is verbally, emotionally, and especially physically abusive will more than likely leave you whenever the relationship isn't convenient for him.  If your man exhibits any of these traits you should make darn sure that you don't accidentally get pregnant.  Even if he doesn't leave, he is already abusive and once you are 'tied down' with a child that abuse is almost guaranteed to increase.

Find A Real Man

So if you are with a man who doesn't treat you with love, affection, and respect, you shouldn't be surprised to find yourself all on your own if you become pregnant.  I'm not sure why men leave pregnant women expect that the term 'man' is probably not a very accurate description of these types of guys.

Relationship Self Help Book Can Save Your Relationship

Relationship Self Help Book Can Save Your Relationship

Hey guys,

There are plenty of relationship self help techniques you can use to bring the intimacy back into your relationship. Many people begin to feel that the intimacy levels in their relationships begin to fade over time. They mistakenly believe this means the love is gone, but the truth is that all relationships develop into a pattern of habits and rituals that can often make people feel more like roommates than lovers.

Is your relationship falling into that category? Then it's time to do something about it.

Instead of giving up on your relationship, you might want to try using some relationship self help techniques to bring the intimacy levels back to where they were when you first met.

1. Small Talk

Research has shown that couples who engage in regular small talk will experience less arguments and fights throughout their relationship. Connective small talk doesn't mean bombarding your partner with an hour-long diatribe about every single thing you did during the day.

Small talk is simply sharing opinions or observations from things you did through your day. It also means learning to avoid mono-syllable responses and actually showing a bit of interest in what each other is saying. Ask questions and respond to your partner with positivity.

2. Eye Contact

How many times do you really look your partner in the eye when you talk together? As relationships progress, many people tend to look in the direction of their partner's eyes, but they don't make eye contact.

When you first met, eye contact would have been high. Humans react to eye contact as being a positive way to build intimacy. As you become more familiar with each other, this decreases over time, which also leads people to believe the intimacy is dying.

3. Non-sexual Physical Contact

Learning to touch your partner and encouraging them to touch you too in non-sexual ways can help to increase intimacy. Give your partner a hug without expecting it to lead to anything further. Offer your partner a back massage or a foot rub and don't have an ulterior motive. Hold hands when you're out together. These simple forms of physical contact re-establish a level of intimacy and trust in each other that can be very effective relationship self help techniques.

4. Appreciation

Instead of focusing on the things that annoy you about your partner, try focusing on the things you appreciate about them instead.  Most probably we're all always under-appreciated by others. There must be things about your partner that attracted you to them originally, so spend some time each day focusing on the positive things and don't waste time concentrating on the annoying traits that everyone has anyway.

5. Time Out

Far too many couples fall into a pattern of trying to spend all of their time with their partner.  They begin to feel as though their partner is somehow deserting them if they want to spend a little time doing something without their significant other. While it's normal to enjoy each other's company, it's also important to remember that everyone needs a little time out occasionally.

This could be something as simple as going out for a meal or a movie with friends or a coffee with the girls. Research shows that many couples improve their relationships when they display trust and encourage each other to spend a little time doing things they enjoy.

These are some of the tips on relationship self help that could save your relationship. If you would like to do more in-depth reading on the subject then I encourage you to download and read through "Magic of Making Up" authored by T.W. Jackson. 2 Get Your Ex Back - How To Get An Ex Boyfriend Back

2 Get Your Ex Back - How To Get An Ex Boyfriend Back

Hello ladies,

How to get an ex boyfriend back is a tough thing to do especially if he doesn’t want to come back (I'll prefer to quickly get over it and move on - there's always someone better out there). His not wanting to take you back may be a short-term situation or it might be a long term one. Largely it depends on the situation. You can’t force him to change his mind but you can do some things that might help influence him. Part of it comes in knowing what went wrong and why. The rest comes in finding what can be done differently and then convincing him that it can be. How to get an ex boyfriend back may be a tough road to travel and the destination may be unknown but it could result in a lifetime of rewards.

What happened to get you to this point where you need to know how to get an ex boyfriend back in the first place? You need to take an honest look at what happened in the relationship. Was it something that you did or something that he did? If it was something that he did, you may want to rethink the whole thing because you need to be absolutely sure that he isn’t going to do it again. If it was something that you did then what was it that brought you to the point that a split would happen? What and where did things go wrong? Most importantly, what is going to keep it from happening again? You have to have an answer for this.

To solve a problem, you need to find out what's wrong and fix it. You'll need to nip it at the bud.

What is going to be done differently if you are successful in finding out how to get an ex boyfriend back? Why should he believe that things are changed or will be different? Are you changing some things? Is he? This will take more than just words and a desire to be better: it will need action. It will take effort on both your part and his. In this you must be willing to lead by example and you may have to prove that you are trustworthy in this before he will give you another chance.

Proving to him that you are able to have a better relationship may be the most difficult part of it. If there are mistakes that have been made in the past that kept recurring, how can you prove that it won’t happen again? Only one way it can happen and that is to be incredibly diligent in your efforts to not let that happen again. If someone wants you to stop smoking and it is important to not let them down then how are you going to show that you can stop? Easy answer, you don’t do it anymore. You avoid situations where you are likely to crave it or where you might be tempted to do it. You also seek help. That is what it is going to take with learning how to get an ex boyfriend back.

You won’t be able to do it on your own. Restoring a broken relationship will take more than your efforts and desires. It will take both of you. You need an ally to help you get things back together. Once you have gotten your ex boyfriend convinced that it is worth working on then you will have your ally and will have found out how to get an ex boyfriend back. Just make sure he's worth it.

If you'll like to learn more on how to get an ex boyfriend back and keep the passion alive then I suggest you download and read through "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson. 10 Steps To Getting Your Ex Get Back Together

10 Steps To Getting Your Ex Get Back Together

Hey guys,

Do you miss your ex?  Get back together is possible.  You just have to know how to do it.

Every girl wants a guy who can understand and connect with her.  There are rules for pursuing a girl after a break up.  I’ll try to explain them in this article about how to deal with your ex.  Get back together with her using these 10 techniques.

1.) Don’t be afraid to call her.  While calling ten times a day says you’re desperate, phoning once or twice a week keeps you on her radar.

2.) Similarly, send her an email from time to time.  Just saying “what’s up?” gives her the opportunity to reconnect.

3.) Don’t date other girls.  As long as you’re pining for her, be true to her.  If you do occasionally see another girl, don’t sleep with her if you ever want to get back together with your ex.  Get back together without creating a new “history” with other women.

4.) Don’t forget her birthday.  A birthday is a great “excuse” to get back in touch.  Everyone likes to be remembered, celebrated, and even gifted on their birthday.  So, treat her like a princess on this day.

5.) Analyze her.  Figure out what she needs in a man.  Be aware of what she says and does when she talks.  You need to understand your ex now more than ever before.  Knowing your enemy is half the battle won (not that she's your enemy).

6.) Don’t be jealous.  After you’ve broken up, you don’t have any claim on her.  So, don’t exhibit jealousy if she goes out with another guy.  Remember she is your ex.  Get back together means that you have to understand this basic principle.

7.) Be on the lookout as to how she acts with other guys.  If she stands up for you when other guys put you down, it’s a good sign she’s still interested in you.  But, if she takes out the butcher knife and stabs you in the back, then there’s not much hope of getting back into a healthy, happy relationship.

8.) Don’t play games.  When you’re broken up with someone you love, it’s easy to start the “mind games.”  But, you can damage her for life with this kind of behavior.  You don’t want to hurt her if you want to get back together.  So, just don’t play mind games.

9.) Power is important.  Hold your cards close to your chest.  Relationships are difficult.  When you are together, you can communicate, but apart, you need to keep your feelings close to your vest.  When you say “I love you” to a girl you’ve broken up with, you’ve given away all of your power and she has you in a precarious position.

10.) Be desirable.  During the break up, stay in shape or get back into shape.  Expand your interests.  In short, be the boyfriend she wants.  You already have a history.  If you are even more alluring this time around, she’s sure to want you back.

It is possible to reconcile with your ex.  Get back together using the advice in this article. For more tips on how to get back your ex and also improve your relationship further with her then I suggest you download and read through "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson.

Marriage Advice - Can I Stop My Divorce

Marriage Advice - Can I Stop My Divorce

Hello guys,

Can I stop my divorce? Have you been asking yourself that question lately? It’s a hard question to answer because every situation is so different. In many cases, “Can I stop my divorce?” can be answered, “Yes, for at least a while.”

Divorce lawyers do a booming business. Over half of marriages end in divorce. Have you ever wondered why that number is so high?  Is it because too many couples get married too quickly before they really know what they’re getting into? Are they asking, “Can I stop my divorce?” practically before the last piece of wedding cake is wrapped?

Are people marrying too young? These things might seem like pat answers, but when you consider that many couples who have been married for 20, 30 and 40 years are getting divorced too, that seems to eliminate the more frivolous marriages and divorces like those we see among starlets and stars.

No, usually when you wonder, “Can I stop my divorce?” it’s not because you married too young or because you’re in a marriage that was doomed from the start. It’s just that you’ve grown apart from your spouse. It happens in marriages.

On one hand that’s good. It means you’ve grown, and generally a married person needs to be in a caring, nurturing marriage to grow. On the other hand it’s all too easy to grow in such a way that we feel a bit isolated from our spouse, as if they don’t know a certain part of us that we might like to keep private.

When one spouse grows and takes on new interests, it can cause that disconnect between the spouses. Sometimes there’s jealousy and envy that a spouse is succeeding while the other feels inadequate or cheated in some way. Marriage counseling is the recommended treatment for such feelings.

Until or instead of counseling, though, you can try to take an interest in something that your spouse does apart from you. You’ll quickly discover if the gap between your activities is the problem. If your spouse isn’t thrilled about your interest, then let it go. He or she considers that particularly activity to be 'me' time for them.

On the other hand, if your spouse seems very enthusiastic about you getting involved, maybe that was part of the problem all along. He or she wanted to include you but didn’t know how to go about it, or didn’t think you would be interested.

Show genuine interest and ask questions without overdoing it unless you are genuinely excited by the topic. Engage your spouse in conversation about the interest. Be affectionate as you’re talking by putting a hand on his/her arm or shoulder.

Since you’re wondering, “Can I stop my divorce?” you’re going to want to do everything you can get to things on your side. You’re in rescue mode, so no matter how disinterested you might be in your spouse’s hobby, don’t let it show.

And while you’re wondering, “Can I stop my divorce?” don’t forget that your spouse might turn around and ask you about your hobby, too. It's all part of being in a relationship. It needs some give and take in both parties.

If you want to learn more on how to improve your relationship in dating and marriage then I highly recommend that you read through "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson. His book have help many couples improved their relationship and it's a good resource for you.

Advice for Relationship - Ending A Relationship Know When To Stay And When To Go

Advice for Relationship - Ending A Relationship Know When To Stay And When To Go

Hey guys,

When ending a relationship, it's important to know how to end a relationship properly and whether you should be ending a relationship. Not every relationship that has problems needs to end, and not every relationship that has ended needs to stay that way. The trick is having the knowledge to make the right decision.

Some relationships truly do need to end. If your partner is abusing you, you need to get out of the relationship as soon as possible. If you're on other side, and you're having trouble controlling your temper, then you're obligated to break up with the other person for both of your sakes.

Aside from the obvious, when should you consider ending a relationship? When it's clear to you that the two of you no longer want the same things in a relationship. If the other person wants to get married and you don't, that's a sign. When you find yourself moved to cheat on them with someone else, that's a sign.

Ending a relationship shouldn't follow a big fight. This is how good relationships end up being broken apart when there's no reason they had to. When considering breaking it off with the other person, you need to have a clear head about the entire relationship.

Once you decided to break it off, you need to do it the right way so that you can both move on. There are three basic guidelines you need to follow:

1. Don't Play Games - Nobody likes to break up with someone. That's normal, but there's a temptation to try and make the other person do the dirty work in ending a relationship. Mostly subconsciously, we pick fights and play games to try and antagonize the other person into breaking up with us.

This is a trap you need to avoid. Be direct, be honest and be proactive; make sure you treat the other person with respect. Trying to goad them into breaking up with you will simply make you both miserable.

2. Do it in Person - Breaking up is a very painful experience for both parties. It is very tempting to bring the relationship to the end by email or phone or, these days, text message. That way, you don't have to see the look on their face or if you leave a message, without even talking to him.

But obviously, this is no way to end a relationship. If you do not interact with the other person will breaking up, you won't have any kind of closure. This defeats the entire point of making a clean break. Do both of you a favor and break up in person in a relatively private place.

3. Be Honest - You need to tell the other person exactly why you are ending the relationship. This isn't easy, because they will have tendency to try and talk you out of it, but the truth is that lying to them about the reasons doesn't help either of you. Be honest, even if they don't want to hear it.

If you follow these three tips, you will find ending a relationship to be a much smoother, much more effective process. Advice for Relationship - How To Get Your Relationships Needs Met

Advice for Relationship - How To Get Your Relationships Needs Met

Hey guys,

If you can get your relationships needs met, the relationship has a better chance of being long and happy. Not having your needs met is one of the biggest reasons relationships don’t work out. And after a break up, it’s especially important to have your relationships needs met to stay happy and stay together.

The surefire way to get your needs met in a relationship is by making sure the other person knows just what those needs are. You can’t read minds, and you shouldn’t expect your partner to be able to read minds either. He or she wants to make sure your relationships needs are met, so tell them what they are.

At the same time, encourage your partner to tell you the needs he or she feels are important. You might be surprised to learn, if you’ve never had this conversation before, how different your needs might be.

You might feel the need for you partner to tell you he loves you often, so may you do that for him. He no doubt enjoys that, but maybe what he really needs is for you to do quick considerate things to make him feel special. Some people like to be told, and some people like to be shown. Each of us have their own needs anyway.

Simply having a discussion about your relationships needs can strengthen the relationship and make it easier for you to keep each other happy. If you’re uncomfortable having such a frank discussion, you should do it anyway. Telling each other your needs is better than hinting or expecting them to be psychic. It's always good to share your feelings and thoughts as a couple.

You may really need your partner to be more helpful to you. But when it’s time to clean or wash dishes you do them alone, yet again. And instead of simply asking for help or letting him know that it would mean a lot to you if he would do them sometimes or do them with you, you get angry.

You might huff around while you’re doing them, slam a cabinet, or act otherwise put out. This is passive aggressive behavior. You’re trying to manipulate him into helping you by acting that way. It’s much better and healthier to simply ask for help.

Passive aggressive behavior is common in relationships, and it’s a worsening cycle because it doesn’t work. If he does take your hint, it’s only after you’ve acted put upon, angry and resentful. So his doing the dishes might be only to keep you from acting that way.

If you ask for help and explain that it makes you feel good when he wants to help you, then he’s coming at the task from a place of love and helpfulness. He doesn't feel guilted into doing it, so it’s better for everyone. Don't you think so?

This applies to things like showing affection, respecting each other’s feelings, and every aspect of your relationship. When you want something, ask for it, and be prepared to give your partner what he or she asks for to make sure all your relationships needs are met.

These are just some of the tips in how to get your relationships needs met. A good and healthy relationship will last you a lifetime. I suggest you download and read through "Magic of Making Up" authored by T.W. Jackson. His book have helped many others improve their relationships and I'm sure it'll do the same for yours. My Boyfriend Dumped Me and Now Picking Myself Back Up

My Boyfriend Dumped Me and Now Picking Myself Back Up

Hello ladies,

“I feel like dying because my boyfriend dumped me!” It isn't the end of the world and it isn't even close. Even though it hurts, it isn't going to kill you. This is something that you can and will get over. It will take some work, some help, some readjusting in the way you think, and some time. Be sure that just because you are upset that “my boyfriend dumped me” doesn't mean that life stops, life goes on. Be ready for it.

Getting past the idea that “my boyfriend dumped me” isn't going to be easy but it also isn't going to be impossible. You are going to have to pick yourself up and dust yourself off and move along. The alternative means that you will be stuck wallowing in your own misery and self-pity. If that is no life that you want to have then do what it takes to get out of it. It takes work to climb back out of the pit but the work is worth it. I'm sure you know it the truth!

Don't be afraid to ask for help but be careful where it is that you ask for it. If you are battling depression because of it, seek professional help. This doesn't mean that you are going crazy, depression is something that many people deal with so don't worry about people judging you. Do try to beat it, though. It may be, though, that you have good friends or family that can help you out while you are trying to deal with that fact that “my boyfriend dumped me.”

Be careful to not lay too much on these people, though, and when you ask for advice, follow it. If you are constantly complaining about your life and the situation but aren't following up on what advice is given, they are going to reach a point that you don't want. They are going to get tired of you and cut you off or seriously consider it. You should also re-frame the way you look at the situation.

Try looking at it from a different angle or perspective. While you may see it as the end of the world, from another person's perspective, it may not be. Try to find that other person's perspective. Try to see what good it is that you have to offer someone. What are your best qualities? For sure there is going to be someone out there who will appreciate them. Wait for them to come along.

While you are waiting, find some way to improve yourself. Find something that you have long dreamed about doing and throw your life into it. If there is something non-romantic that you have longed to achieve in life, pursue it. Do you want to make yourself better in anyway, now is the time to do it. Try to find some way to use this time and that negative energy you have and do something positive with it. The end result will be a happier you.

Once you have found that happiness, it will become magnetic and draw in the person that you dream of, the one that makes you smile and makes you feel like you belong. It will make you look back on this dark time in your life when you were crying because “my boyfriend dumped me” and see it as one of the best things that ever happened to you. Yes, life can be better even after your boyfriend dumped you!

Win Your Love Back - Starting Over and Winning Your Love Back

Win Your Love Back - Starting Over and Winning Your Love Back

Hey guys,

Win your love back. It slipped away before you had a chance to realize what was happening. It seems like everything happened so quickly, like a tornado that came out of nowhere and destroyed everything that the two of you had worked so hard at building. The results were devastating. Now you are left walking through the rubble trying to find out if there is anything worth saving. To win your love back is going to be a huge challenge.

To try and win your love back, first look to see if there is anything able to be salvaged. Look through all that remains, take a hard look at everything and see the damage that was done. It could be that the damage due to the break up was too much and there really isn't anything left to save. Hopefully, this is not the case but, unfortunately, it is true most of the times.

Also take a critical look at everything and see if trying to win your love back is even something that you want to even try and do. Winning your love back is going to be hard work and you just went through an exhausting time in your life. Does it make sense to try and put these pieces of the failed romance and/or marriage back together? Will you just be banging your head against the wall? Do they even want to try and work with you or even want to win your love back? Ask yourself these hard questions. It could save you a lot of added and unnecessary grief.

Now, once you have decided that it is worth it to try and win your love back, clean up (your act). Get rid of all the things that cluttered up your life and made it difficult. This is a great chance to go in and take only what was good about your love and leave behind the bad stuff. If there was something that complicated things between the two of you, leave it behind. You really need to focus your energy on building on the more solid foundations of your love.

What was it that made your love special? What were the best things about your love? What was it that made it special and really makes you want to win your love back? Focus on these things and use them as the cornerstone and foundation of winning your love back. One mistake that many make when they want to rebuild a relationship is that they try and rebuild it exactly the way it was before it started falling apart.

The truth is, if it wasn't strong enough to withstand the storms that came the first time, it won’t be strong the next time. Try to build it better than it was before. Don’t live in the past, build on the good things and leave behind the things that made what you have weak enough to be destroyed. Win your love back and make it stronger than ever before. You can win your love back if you put your heart and soul in it with the right strategy.

Saving A Relationship - Relationship Rescue Work To Save Your Relationship

Saving A Relationship - Relationship Rescue Work To Save Your Relationship

Hello guys,

If you are wanting to keep a marriage or relationship afloat and aren't willing to give up on it then you may need some relationship rescue. There are many books about it and lots of advice given from friends and counselors. There are marriage therapists to go to for counseling but most everyone will end up saying the same things and will not give you sound advice to take action on.

The best things that you can do in any relationship rescue is to aim at being honest and accept one another. Doing both of these may be difficult if you aren't willing to accept the fact that much of the blame in the difficulties of the relationship is shared. Own up to your own flaws and accept that there may be some truth to the complaints that your significant other has of you.

If you want the other party in your relationship to change things you must realize there are probably things that you need to change as well. If you want them to keep an open mind about things that you wish for them to work on then you must do the same. True love will require compromise many times. I see less of these in today's relationship. Nowadays, it's about me me me!

You must be able to bend your will and give up some things to make the relationship work. If there is going to be a relationship rescue taking place. Both parties need to take a hard look at themselves and see what things they need to give up and work on to be more compatible.

The largest part of any relationship rescue is to change your perspective. For many people perception is a reality, but it may be a false reality. Something may seem like the worst situation in the world but then, after a change in perspective, it may not seem all that bad at all. People have a way of blowing things out of proportion.

In relationships this is especially true. Quite a bit of marriage counseling deals with this bit of relationship management. Look closely at the situations from different angles. Your spouse/partner may seem like they work too much but could it be worse? Yes, they could be hopelessly unemployed and struggling to find work or, worse yet, a bum.

Also ask why certain things are being done instead of jumping to conclusions. Talk through things and when things are settled, drop them and move on. Much of the problems that relationships face is due to the fact that there is someone in the relationship, or maybe both in the relationship, who hold on to grudges. Don't let that happen. It's a recipe for disaster in a relationship.

If there were things that happened in the past that have been dealt with, then let them go. When you do have discussions or arguments don't bring up the past. Deal with the present. Don't don't fight battles more than once. If you are truly willing to see your relationships rescue, these ideas will help you and the one you love breath new life into your relationship.

7 Ways to Build Trust in a Relationship - Relationships Advise

7 Ways to Build Trust in a Relationship - Relationships Advise

Hey guys,

Do you know these 7 concrete ways to build trust in a relationship? Often, what really makes a relationship work are not the things we think of first. For instance, do you think you always need to spice things up? Wrong!

Predictability is more important than variety in a relationship. The following seven methods are guaranteed to grow your connection by improving the level of trust in a relationship.

First, as I mentioned in the opening paragraph, you need to be predictable. This goes against the common notion that you need to “stir things up” to keep the romance alive. Sure, going to a new restaurant or giving a surprise gift can be nice, but most of all, we need things to be consistent and steady in order to make our relationships work. Consider that trust in a relationship is built on being reliable day in and day out.

Next, you need to make sure that your words always match the message. This means that your partner needs to hear the words which match your body language. If you say you are happy but you are frowning, your partner doesn’t hear your words, he or she sees your face and the tone in your voice. Your parter needs to be able to trust what you are saying. When the words match the message, you build trust in a relationship.

Third, you need to have a fundamental belief in your partner’s competency. If you don’t you won’t have the trust in a relationship that you need. When lovingly communicated, the truth is never destructive. When you do not believe that your partner is competent at some things (or indeed, anything), you violate the trust in a relationship.

Don’t keep secrets. Secrets destroy the trust in a relationship. Be honest and open. Assume everything you know will eventually come out. Secrets require enormous energy on your part. That is energy that could be going into building the relationship.

Fifth, don’t be afraid to let your partner know what your needs are. Don’t make him or her guess what you need. Let them know. It is okay to be self-centered as long as you are not selfish. Indeed, if you are reluctant to assert your needs, you may go overboard in the opposite direction and smother your partner.

Sixth, learn to say no. When your partner voices his or her needs, that is a good thing. But you don’t need to say yes to everything. A partner cannot respect you if you never say no. Refusing to be subjugated to the other person’s will actually builds trust in a relationship.

Finally, always pursue growth. When you plant a flower, you begin by digging in the dirt. Digging in the dirt of our relationships can sometimes cause pain. But, through that pain, we prepare the soil for future growth. Don’t be afraid of turmoil, crisis, or questions. These become the fertilizer for growth and change. Embrace what is difficult.

When you decide to work on trust in a relationship, you are bound to encounter a little pain. But, as you work through this pain, you will not only become stronger as an individual, you will also strengthen your coupledom.

These are some of the tips you can build trust in a relationship. If you would like more relationship advice then check out "Magic Of Making Up" eBook course by T.W. 'Dub' Jackson.
