Self Help For Relationships - Does It Work
Self Help For Relationships - Does It Work
Hey guys,
Does self help for relationships work? You might want to continue reading to find out the answer.
Everything is perfect, you two never argue and it would be impossible to be happier than you are right now. In fact, if Hollywood were to make a movie about the perfect couple, they would simply write about your relationship, right? Okay, let's face it, nobody really has a relationship like that, and if they think they do then they need to get their head examined. It's time to look at the way things work in the real world.
The truth is that a lot of couples feel like they are on shaky ground and that things could come to an end with little warning. That being said, even good relationships can benefit from a bit of help from time to time. The good news is that there is a lot of relationship self help material available. But some of it is better than others.
Why does it matter how good the relationship self help stuff is? That's a fair question. It matters because you and your partner matter. It makes sense that you want something that will actually work. Some self help products are ineffective, which means you won't get better, but you won't get worse either. And making things worse is one of the risks you take when you follow bad relationship advice.
The internet is filled with tons of products that promise to improve relationships. It is easier than ever to access this information as well. That makes it easy and convenient to start healing your relationship right away. All it takes is to make a simple payment online and you can download the product to your computer for instant access.
One way to check to see if what you are buying is any good is to look for online reviews. People share their experiences with different things all the time, and products that claim to fix relationships are no exception. Simply type the title of whatever you want to get into your favorite search engine and see what people are saying about it.
All of this is well and good, but there is a catch. Relationship self help means you actually have to do the work yourself. Just reading about it or getting advice will do nothing to make things better. The only way to make improvements is to take action. It's not always easy, but if you care for each other then it's a small investment of time in the bigger scope of things.
Finally, don't worry too much about your relationship not being perfect; nobody's is perfect. However, you should also be aware how things are going, and be ready to take action when needed. There will be times when you need some relationship self help, and that's okay. After all, if you have a choice between being in a bad relationship or a good one, it stands to reason that you would want things to be better. But it's up to you to take the first step and follow through. When things start going better, you'll be glad you did.
If you're looking for a self help for relationships product, I recommend that you check out the book by T.W. Jackson. His book are full of advice on relationships which include practical list of things you can do to mend your broken relationships. Also include advice on love, marriage help, breakup help and even how to mend a broken heart or if your relationship even deserve to be saved?
Don't take my word for it though. For more info just click the link below:

Get Ex Back - Help I Still Love My Ex
Get Ex Back - Help I Still Love My Ex
Hey guys,
If you are finding yourself saying, “I still love my ex” then you have to figure out what you want to happen next. It is only natural for there to be some residual love hanging around. After all, the two of you shared some special times together and were able to get close. The closeness and love is not easily broken completely. There will still be lingering thoughts of your loved one, definitely.
Does the love that is still there mean that you want to get back the one you love? When you say, “I still love my ex” what does that mean? When someone says “I still love my ex” it is a really good sign because, first of all, it means that there was some love there to begin with. That love was a gift that isn't easily taken away. There will still be a fondness there and there will be a lot of beautiful memories to remember from the marriage or relationship.
Much of it will be good memories. Just because there is love still lingering doesn't mean that you are bound to get back together or that it should even happen. You do need to be asking yourself, “I still love my ex, but do I want my ex back?” If you look at it closely and with a chance to step back and ponder it, you will be more able to see if the two of you are meant to be together. Think things through before you act.
If you have been able to figure out that your statement, “I still love my ex” is due to just a remaining fondness then don't feel any need to push it in one direction or another. Just go with the flow. What will happen is that the two of you will either drift away or you will remain friends for a long time. That could be something special on it's own and something few have. Good friends are hard to find.
If, by saying, “I still love my ex”, you mean that you want to get back together with them then you have to be willing to do some work. You need to first see if the other person has an interest in getting back together with you. This will happen naturally because, like with the above advice, it will happen naturally. Just don't push it one way or the other and you will tell if the feeling is mutual.
When the two of you decide that you want to try again, be ready to work (a lot of it). If this was a marriage that failed, seek marriage counseling. No matter what kind of relationship it was, though, seek relationship advice from someone trained to do so who can help the two of you build back stronger what had fallen apart. Obviously there were mistakes made and the two of you were incapable of handling it on your own.
If you had been getting counseling before, find someone different to get it from. The two of you will need a fresh start and someone that will help the two of you make the relationship stronger. If you find yourself saying “Help! I still love my ex!” there isn't any need to panic. Just let things take their course naturally at first and then seek help to get it on the right path.
The momentum you two make on your own will make the guidance easier. Before you know it, you won't be saying, “I love my ex,” but you will be saying “I'm in love (again)!”. Yes, you can get back together but it needs good planning, strategy and know how. Definitely, patience is needed. As long as you do your best to keep the relationship fire going strong together.
If you're looking for great book to read on more relationship advices then, I recommend that you download and read through Magic of Making Up authored by T.W. Jackson. Why? Because, his book is full of latest tips and strategies to fixing your broken relationship and getting your ex back. Get your ex girlfriend or boyfriend with un-conventional method that works. I Lost Love A Broken Relationship – Every Relationship Has a Time Line
I Lost Love A Broken Relationship – Every Relationship Has a Time Line
Hey guys,
Nothing lust(last) forever ..that's my motto in life. When I think about how I lost love, I think about Alfred Lord Tennyson’s quote, “Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.”
When I lost love, I felt the whole world had collapsed around me. I’m sharing my story in order to help you if you too have lost the love of your life.
I think it is important to remember that every relationship has a natural lifespan. In Junior High, that’s about four days. As we get older, the lifespan increases. But, there are certain relationships that are right for a period of time and then go awry.
Most of us will only have one great love in our lives. The other relationships will terminate. That’s why when I say I lost love, I understand that this is a natural process.
In my case, my girlfriend and I were thinking about ratcheting up our relationship. Her lease was about to end, and she wanted to move into my apartment. As we were spending most of our time there anyway, it made sense from a financial perspective. But there is something significant about having separate places.
I know I lost love because I couldn't handle her taking our relationship to this level. I guess the time span of our relationship was up because I wasn't willing to become more committed (I still have problems with commitment).
Now, I know I handled the situation badly. I went to a friend’s bachelor party and let’s just say things got out of hand. Word about the wild antics at the party got back to my girlfriend, naturally, and she dumped me. I lost love over the events of one night. But, when I think back on what really happened, the events of the bachelor party were really a reaction to our discussion of more commitment.
I seriously don’t think I would have behaved the way I did if I really wanted her to move in. I lost love because I wasn’t ready for the direction it was taking. I’m glad I had the chance to be in a relationship with my ex. But I don’t think she was the love of my life, my soul mate.
Instead, she was someone with whom I genuinely enjoyed spending time. I loved her. I still love her. But, she is not the person with whom I see spending the rest of my life. I went through a period of mourning the relationship and analyzing what went wrong.
I really was hurt when she said she wanted to end things. Sure, I understood that I had hurt her. But, I didn’t want her to leave my life completely. I guess what I wanted was for things to continue on the way they were. But, every relationship has to grow or die. Because I wasn’t willing to let it grow, it had to die.
In every relationship, there is a time to die. And, for me, this was it. That’s how I lost love.
One good things I realized about being single is, You don't have to answer to any bitch. LoL!
Anyway, if you have trouble letting go and maybe want to learn more about improving relationships or ever get your ex back then download the eBook Magic of Making Up. Relationships might just need a little common sense but I know a lot of people (including me) who can definitely learn more to have a better relationship in life.

How to Deal With A Broken Relationship - Your Moving On The Break Up Is Over
How to Deal With A Broken Relationship - Your Moving On The Break Up Is Over
Hey guys,
Dealing with a broken relationship and dealing with a broken heart isn't always easy. No matter what you do, you'll still think of them.
Sometimes moving on (break up, loss or other major change) is difficult. It’s rarely easy unless you’re so glad to get out of a situation that you can’t wait to make changes and move on. A break up disrupts your whole life. Everything you do and see seems to remind you of your ex. If you had many mutual friends, even going out to keep from going stir crazy can be difficult.
One of the biggest hurdles you have to face when you’re ready to move on is your family and friends. If your ex was popular with your family, you’re going to get tired of questions about the situation. You must explain to them that you’re moving on, break up is over, and that you don’t appreciate constantly being reminded of your ex and the past relationship.
Sometimes this is difficult for family to deal with. They want to keep bringing up the person in the hopes that you’ll get back together. You can just explain, “Moving on, break up is over, that’s that.” Eventually they’ll come around because they’re your family and they love you. It’s probably going to be harder to deal with when it comes to your friends.
If you didn’t have many mutual friends, then it should be less of a problem. But if the two of you often hung out with the same group of people, then you going alone to be with those friends is going to seem strange to everyone for a while. And then there’s the problem of your ex wanting to hang out with the friends, too.
You might even run into each other as you each attempt to hang out with your mutual friends. This doesn’t mean that it’s necessary when you’re moving on break up with your friends. It’s just simply going to be more difficult to maintain some of those friendships once the relationship is over.
As difficult as it seems, when you say, “Moving on, break up is history,” you may have to give up some of those friendships. You and your ex may each have to keep in touch with only certain friends in your group of mutual friends.
Just try to maintain good contact and relationships with those you’re closest to and allow your ex to do the same with the others. While this can be painful, it’s probably easiest on everyone because they don’t have to choose which of you to be loyal to and which to avoid.
Sometimes the “moving on break up” period is just too difficult when you’re surrounded by mutual friends and so many places to go together. If possible, go on a vacation to get away from the same scenery and people. Take a vacation with a friend who isn’t involved in the situation; maybe a friend of yours who wasn’t friends with your ex. This can help you get some perspective.
Once you’ve declared, “moving on; break up over” then if you can take some time away it can help you a great deal.
