How To Stop Divorce And Save Your Relationship Tips
How To Stop Divorce And Save Your Relationship Tips
Hey guys,
Are you asking yourself, how to stop divorce and save your relationship? Here's some tips you might want to read through before you decide to do anything that might jeopardize your chance of getting back together with the one you love. Continue reading below..
Getting married is supposed to be one of the happiest days of our lives, and it usually is. However, we often go into marriage thinking that everything is going to be wonderful and that our love for one another will only grow stronger. It may even seem that way at first, but then reality sets in as time goes on. Then...all of sudden you find out your spouse wants a divorce! What happened? Whatever it was, all you want to know right now is how to stop divorce. It won't be easy, but it is possible to patch things up in most cases.
When it comes to stopping a divorce, you have to convince your spouse to give the marriage another chance, right? That only makes sense. But the problem is that such an approach doesn't really work. Your spouse has already made the decision to split up, and the more you push the idea of staying together, the more they will pull away. You obviously don't want that to happen. As you will see, there is a better way.
Tips #1 - Accept The Fact
The first thing to do is accept the fact that they want a divorce. Don't be in denial, and don't pretend like it will just get better on its own. Be calm and let them know that you don't want a divorce but understand that things are not going as good as they could be. In other words, try to be as understanding of your spouse's feelings as you can and listen to what they have to say. Don't get angry, and don't use your emotions to manipulate them. Your goal is to start an open discussion with your spouse.
Tips #2 - Don't Try To Convince
Do not try to convince them of anything at this point. If you do, they will only see it as you trying to stop divorce. Yes, that's what you are doing, but your spouse will only become more stubborn about wanting a divorce if they know what you're up to. So, focus on trying to see where your spouse is coming from.
Tips #3 - Agree With Them
Once you understand their reasons for wanting a divorce, agree with them. Yes, agree with them. This will put them more at ease, and it shows that you are taking their concerns seriously. This is like having your foot in the door. This alone may be enough to make them reconsider. If not, that's okay, there are still some things you can do.
Tips #4 - Let Them Think It Over
If the divorce papers have not been filed, then you have an even better chance to stop divorce. After the two of you have talked, give your spouse some time to think things over. Don't pester them, and don't ask them, "so do you still want a divorce?" If they still don't want to work things out then you can always propose a trial separation as a last resort. This may not be the best solution, but there is always a chance that your spouse will change their mind once they are on their own.
These are some of the tips you can follow if you want to stop divorce and save your relationship. If you're interested to learn more, then I recommend that you download and read through the book, "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson. Self Help For Relationships - Does It Work
Self Help For Relationships - Does It Work
Hey guys,
Does self help for relationships work? You might want to continue reading to find out the answer.
Everything is perfect, you two never argue and it would be impossible to be happier than you are right now. In fact, if Hollywood were to make a movie about the perfect couple, they would simply write about your relationship, right? Okay, let's face it, nobody really has a relationship like that, and if they think they do then they need to get their head examined. It's time to look at the way things work in the real world.
The truth is that a lot of couples feel like they are on shaky ground and that things could come to an end with little warning. That being said, even good relationships can benefit from a bit of help from time to time. The good news is that there is a lot of relationship self help material available. But some of it is better than others.
Why does it matter how good the relationship self help stuff is? That's a fair question. It matters because you and your partner matter. It makes sense that you want something that will actually work. Some self help products are ineffective, which means you won't get better, but you won't get worse either. And making things worse is one of the risks you take when you follow bad relationship advice.
The internet is filled with tons of products that promise to improve relationships. It is easier than ever to access this information as well. That makes it easy and convenient to start healing your relationship right away. All it takes is to make a simple payment online and you can download the product to your computer for instant access.
One way to check to see if what you are buying is any good is to look for online reviews. People share their experiences with different things all the time, and products that claim to fix relationships are no exception. Simply type the title of whatever you want to get into your favorite search engine and see what people are saying about it.
All of this is well and good, but there is a catch. Relationship self help means you actually have to do the work yourself. Just reading about it or getting advice will do nothing to make things better. The only way to make improvements is to take action. It's not always easy, but if you care for each other then it's a small investment of time in the bigger scope of things.
Finally, don't worry too much about your relationship not being perfect; nobody's is perfect. However, you should also be aware how things are going, and be ready to take action when needed. There will be times when you need some relationship self help, and that's okay. After all, if you have a choice between being in a bad relationship or a good one, it stands to reason that you would want things to be better. But it's up to you to take the first step and follow through. When things start going better, you'll be glad you did.
If you're looking for a self help for relationships product, I recommend that you check out the book by T.W. Jackson. His book are full of advice on relationships which include practical list of things you can do to mend your broken relationships. Also include advice on love, marriage help, breakup help and even how to mend a broken heart or if your relationship even deserve to be saved?
Don't take my word for it though. For more info just click the link below:

How To Stop A Divorce - If Only You Knew
How To Stop A Divorce - If Only You Knew
Hey guys,
Having trouble with your marriage? Wanna learn how to stop a divorce before it happen? Here's some quick tips you can take note of before you try to save your marriage. Read on..
A break up is a tough thing to go through when you are dating. But when you are married, a break up is much more than just a break up...it's a divorce. When this happens it's quite common for one of the spouses to want to know how to stop a divorce. With that in mind, here are some things to help you do that.
Does The Marriage Deserve Saving?
Before you actually try to stop your divorce, you need to ask yourself if it's really the right thing to do. Perhaps you still love your spouse and you would like to make things work. There's nothing wrong with feeling that way. However, it's in your best interest to take plenty of time to think things through. Why do you really want to stop the divorce? Is it because you are in love, or is it because you feel more secure being married? The main thing is to be honest with yourself, regardless of where that honesty leads.
The Reason
From here on we will assume that you have the right motivations for wanting to stop your divorce. If you have only been threatened with divorce, try to find out how serious the threat is. That's not to downplay it as an idle threat. Any time the D-word is brought up, it should be taken seriously. At the same time, sometimes people get frustrated in the heat of an argument and say they want a divorce. But deep down, what they really meant is that they don't know what else to say and they just want to be away from you until you both calm down.
So, take some time to find out what's really going on. If your spouse still says they want a divorce even when you are not mad at each other, then you need to start taking action right away. Whatever you do, don't get mad. Treat it in as calm of a manner as possible and find out what is at the root of them wanting to be separated.
Time For Change
Once you know why they want a divorce, you will be in a better position to stop a divorce from happening. However, you also need to ask yourself what changes will have to be made to make things work, and if you will be willing and able to make those changes.
Changes are always hard but if you really want to save your marriage then it's imperative that you try. If not only to save your marriage.
Whatever It Takes
Now, what if your spouse has already seen a lawyer to start divorce proceedings against you? This will make things that much harder, but it's still possible to stop a divorce even after the papers have been filed. You will need to be at the top of your game and ready to do some serious work. However, if you really want to be with your spouse and restore your marriage, then doing whatever it takes is what you'll have to do.
These things are never easy, but don't lose hope. Total honesty, being open and making the needed changes will give you the best chance to stop a divorce. Saving a broken marriage is not always easy but if you really think the marriage is worth saving then by all means.
If you want more in-depth reading on how to save a marriage then grab yourself a copy of "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson. His book have help many couples mend their broken relationship and it's good to read through it before you plan to do anything else that might jeopardize your chance of getting back together.

Making Up Magic - Stop Divorce and Save Your Relationship!
Making Up Magic - Stop Divorce and Save Your Relationship!
Hello guys,
Listen. If you want to stop divorce, you have to convince the person that wants to divorce you to give the relationship another try. This isn’t always possible, but it’s absolutely necessary if you want a chance of stopping a divorce.
A divorce can be stopped at virtually any stage—before it’s filed or just before it needs the final paperwork. The earlier you stop a divorce, the more likely it is that the divorce won’t be restarted, at least not anytime soon.
So to stop a divorce, you must convince the person to give the relationship another chance. If you have been begging the other person to give you another try or pleading for them to get back together with you, stop now.
This might seem counterproductive, since the person has less resistance it will make it easier for them to divorce you. But your pleading probably wasn't doing anything but convincing them that divorce is a good idea anyway. Who wants to be around someone who is behaving that way?
If you can start acting more mature and behave in a more pleasant manner, it might surprise the other person and help stop divorce. Explain that you really don’t want the divorce and you want another chance in a calm way.
The person already knows this so you screaming or carrying on won’t help your chances. Just make it clear that you’re hurt and very sad, and you really want another chance. You might be surprised how the other person reacts when you change your behavior.
You can also show a mature side of yourself that the other person might not have seen over the last several weeks and suggest marital or couples counseling to stop divorce.
Counseling has worked for million of couples and your relationship could benefit from it, too. If you can get the other person to agree to couples counseling, then you have precious time before they file for or attempt to finalize a divorce to convince them to give you and the relationship another chance.
During counseling you’ll have the opportunity to show the person why they fell in love with you. You can remind them why you’re together in the first place. And if you can show honest effort in wanting to deal with the problems that come up during the counseling—and many probably will—that might be enough to convince the other person not only to stop divorce temporarily, but permanently.
When you succeed and stop divorce, you must remember that the person was about to divorce you and it would be easy enough for them to change his or her mind and file for divorce later.
Having already thought about divorce and maybe even having gone far enough as to file for divorce at one time makes the decision to file again easier. So be aware of the state of your relationship, and perhaps continue counseling. It’s easier to stop divorce temporarily than to have a good relationship for the long term.
