Learn 5 Tips On Getting Over Your First Love
Learn 5 Tips On Getting Over Your First Love
Hey guys,
For most of us, getting over your first love can seem impossible. It's hard to believe that we can ever really be happy again or that we will ever find someone who 'gets' us the same way our love did. The truth is, no matter how hard it is to believe right now, that as humans we are capable of loving many people. We can love very deeply and while we won't love each person in exactly the same way, we can have more than one 'true love' in our lifetimes. The most important thing you need to do is get yourself in a position where you will be able to love again, and that will take some time.
So many time we've have met and heard people saying they'll never fall in love again or that they'll never find anyone better to take over their boyfriends or girlfriends. But, in the end they did and some even gotten married. So, it's really just rubbish talk at the moment of breakups.
Anyway, here are the 5 best steps for making a clean break so that you can move on and find love at some point:
1. Face The Fact
You have to face the fact that your relationship is over. This is unbelievably hard to do. You thought the two of you would be together forever and you can't imagine that it could really be over. You have to face the fact that it is over and cut off all communication with your ex.
2. Don't Hide Away
Do not allow yourself to hide away. A few days, or weeks, of wallowing and hiding out is ok, but after that it's time for you to rejoin the world. That's not to say that you should start dating, you probably shouldn't at this point, but you can start spending time with family and friends and not just moping around in your bathrobe for days on end.
3. Enjoy Your New Found Freedom
Do those things that you weren't able to do when the two of you were together. In all relationships there are things that one person doesn't want to do and more often than not the person who does like to do it doesn't get the chance. Now is the time to revisit those things that you've put on hold. Remember the activities and places that once brought you joy and let them bring you joy again.
4. Re-evaluate
Take this time to re-evaluate who you are and what you want. Make yourself the best 'you' you can be. Lose weight, take a class, find a new job, paint your house, it doesn't matter what it is as long as it will have a positive impact on your life. These types of activities will make you feel a little more in control and will help you grow as a person. They can also give you something to distract yourself from the pain you are feeling, at least for a short time.
5. Give Yourself Time
This is the hardest one... give yourself time. Whether you believe it or not at this point, some day the pain will fade and just be a memory and when that day comes you will be ready to love again. You have to give yourself the time you need to mourn your lost love and regain your strength. Don't let others tell you when you should be over it, you will get over it at your pace. However, if you don't seem to be moving forward even a little after several months you may need to have a counselor help you through the grieving process.
Getting over your first love will seem like an impossible task. After all, this is the first time you've ever felt like this and it's easy to believe that you could never possible feel this way again, but you can, and if you give yourself time you will.

Need Advice On A Boyfriend Break Up? Here's some tips for you
Need Advice On A Boyfriend Break Up? Here's some tips for you..
Hello ladies,
Have you just broken up with a guy you're in love with? Are you lost without him? Do you wonder if you can get him back? Here’s some advice about a boyfriend break up.
Is the Relationship Over?
First of all, decide whether the relationship is truly over. Until you are able to say that he is part of your past and not your present and future, you will not be able to move on.
This is not to say that you have to put him in the past right away. There are a number of steps you can take to get him back. You can stay part of his life in a casual way hopping to become boyfriend and girlfriend again.
But, if you are ready to move on, there are a number of steps you can take to reach closure. Closure is the process where you recognize that the relationship is over and you start to heal.
Communicate Your Hurt
Perhaps the first thing you should do is communicate your hurt. It's not always good to keep everything inside and to yourself. You need some form of outlet to release or ease the pain. There are several ways you can do this:
· Talk to friends and family who are truly empathetic and can help you work through your feelings. A true friend will do this, but many of your so called friends won’t be up to the challenge.
· Go into short term therapy so you can work through your feelings with a dispassionate third party
· Write down your feelings in a journal, in poetry, or in music. This is an inexpensive way to express yourself and doesn’t require anyone else to participate.
Get Rid of His Old Stuff
Once you have come to some level of closure, get rid of anything you have of your ex’s. These things will only remind you of him and the boyfriend break up. Some things you’ll want to give back because they have value. Other things you can just toss. And, if he’s given you gifts that you want to keep, box them up and store them for the time being.
Enjoy The Freedom Of Being Single
Next, figure out how you are going to spend your time now that you are not part of a couple. You may feel that time hangs heavy on your hands. Or, you may find that you are liberated by not having to do everything your ex wanted you to do.
Get involved in things that make you happy. Go to the gym so that you look and feel good. Spend some time getting pampered at the spa. Take a Spanish class at the community center. Or, start to volunteer with the Big Sisters of America.
By doing things that please you, you will become a happier person. You will find that you miss your ex a lot less.
One of the ways you will know that you are over your ex is that you will start to develop feelings for a new guy. Maybe these will be reciprocated. Eventually, you will find a new man and form a new relationship. That will be when you know you have really moved on. The boyfriend break up won’t be so serious any more.
I recommend that you download and read through "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson. His book have help many couples get through a broken relationship and even get back together. Read more on relationship in dating and marriage. Get your copy today!

I Lost Love A Broken Relationship – Every Relationship Has a Time Line
I Lost Love A Broken Relationship – Every Relationship Has a Time Line
Hey guys,
Nothing lust(last) forever ..that's my motto in life. When I think about how I lost love, I think about Alfred Lord Tennyson’s quote, “Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.”
When I lost love, I felt the whole world had collapsed around me. I’m sharing my story in order to help you if you too have lost the love of your life.
I think it is important to remember that every relationship has a natural lifespan. In Junior High, that’s about four days. As we get older, the lifespan increases. But, there are certain relationships that are right for a period of time and then go awry.
Most of us will only have one great love in our lives. The other relationships will terminate. That’s why when I say I lost love, I understand that this is a natural process.
In my case, my girlfriend and I were thinking about ratcheting up our relationship. Her lease was about to end, and she wanted to move into my apartment. As we were spending most of our time there anyway, it made sense from a financial perspective. But there is something significant about having separate places.
I know I lost love because I couldn't handle her taking our relationship to this level. I guess the time span of our relationship was up because I wasn't willing to become more committed (I still have problems with commitment).
Now, I know I handled the situation badly. I went to a friend’s bachelor party and let’s just say things got out of hand. Word about the wild antics at the party got back to my girlfriend, naturally, and she dumped me. I lost love over the events of one night. But, when I think back on what really happened, the events of the bachelor party were really a reaction to our discussion of more commitment.
I seriously don’t think I would have behaved the way I did if I really wanted her to move in. I lost love because I wasn’t ready for the direction it was taking. I’m glad I had the chance to be in a relationship with my ex. But I don’t think she was the love of my life, my soul mate.
Instead, she was someone with whom I genuinely enjoyed spending time. I loved her. I still love her. But, she is not the person with whom I see spending the rest of my life. I went through a period of mourning the relationship and analyzing what went wrong.
I really was hurt when she said she wanted to end things. Sure, I understood that I had hurt her. But, I didn’t want her to leave my life completely. I guess what I wanted was for things to continue on the way they were. But, every relationship has to grow or die. Because I wasn’t willing to let it grow, it had to die.
In every relationship, there is a time to die. And, for me, this was it. That’s how I lost love.
One good things I realized about being single is, You don't have to answer to any bitch. LoL!
Anyway, if you have trouble letting go and maybe want to learn more about improving relationships or ever get your ex back then download the eBook Magic of Making Up. Relationships might just need a little common sense but I know a lot of people (including me) who can definitely learn more to have a better relationship in life.

How to Get Over Guy - 5 Steps for Moving On After A Broken Relationship
How to Get Over Guy - 5 Steps for Moving On After A Broken Relationship
Hello ladies,
How to get over someone you love?
Are you having trouble get over the guy? Whether he dumped you or you broke up with him, letting go of someone who you had a close relationship is very difficult. There is a space in your heart as well as a space in your life that are not quickly filled with anything or anyone else. Yet, people do get over a relationship.
Here are five steps to get over guy you still like.
STEP 1: Let out the hurt
First, you need to let out the hurt. Know that it is okay to cry when you are trying to get over the guy. Some people keep a journal of their experiences because writing about the pain helps.
One thing that I have seen some people do that is very effective is to write a long letter about the relationship to their ex boyfriend. Talk about the good times and bad. Talk about the relationship and how he hurt you. Let it all out. When you have finished the letter, burn it.
That’s right. Don't even think about sending it to your ex. Instead, let flames consume the letter. That provides excellent closure to the relationship.
STEP 2: Decide the Relationship is Over
Next, you have to decide that the relationship is really over. If you hold on to the thought that he will change and come back to you, you will never get over this guy and move on.
Do something that symbolizes the finality of the end of the relationship. A good example of this is to exchange all of the personal property that you have of the others. Don't even keep the over sized t-shirt of his that is so comfortable for sleeping in. And, if there are things too minor to exchange (like a toothbrush), throw them away. Clear your place of all of his things. It is a way of clearing him from your life.
STEP 3: Girlfriends are Forever
You need to depend on your friends through this time. Until you meet your husband, guys will come and go, but your girlfriends are forever.
If you have been in a hot and heavy relationship, you may have inadvertently ignored your friends for a time. Not only will your girls help you get over guy, but reconnecting will be good for your social life. Also, your girlfriends will have had similar experiences to your break up. Sharing their pain will help you understand that, however bad the hurt you are experiencing, others have survived and you will too.
STEP 4: Use Time Productively
You will probably have extra time on your hands now that you have broken up. You used to spend a lot of time with your ex. Use this time productively to get over guy. Go to the gym and get your body in shape. Take up a new hobby.
One of the best things you can do during this period is to join a group or a class. Not only does a class take up the time you would have spent with your ex, but it also introduces you to a new circle of friends.
STEP 5: Move on
And, that brings me to my last point, when you want to get over guy, the best thing you can do is move on. Between your old friends, the new friends you make in your class or hobby, and the activities you do to fill up your time, you will emerge as a new person.
Moving on is the best way to get over guy.
These are the 5 steps you can take for getting over someone you love and moving on after a broken relationship.
I recommend you download Magic of Making Up to learn more what you can do to get over guy you love. Maybe, use the knowledge inside it to improve on your future relationships.

How To Get Over Someone You Love - Should I Seek Relationship Counseling?
How To Get Over Someone You Love - Should I Seek Relationship Counseling?
Hey guys,
If you want to know how to get over someone you love, you must realize that none of the answers are easy ones. No matter how ready you might think you are to move on and get over that person, that you have to ask how to do it at all shows that it’s going to be a painful process.
Some, goes to the extremes and even contemplate suicide. Remember, Owen Wilson attempted suicide on the news last year?
Believe you me, when I sms some of my friends that I'm atop a roof, they quickly reply me back asking if I was OK. How would you feel, after 3 years of breaking up with your ex and when you decide to go over her house you were told that she's engaged to someone else?
Well, don't worry. I'm still here posting this article aren't I?
In any case, I'm happy for her. Some things in life are just not meant to be. You have to accept that fact. No matter what.
Sometimes, to get over someone you love, it’s a slow process. You might think you’re over someone and a year or two later be reminded of that person and feel all the pain and sadness again. That doesn't mean you’re not over the person, though.
If you’ve had a lot emotionally invested into a relationship and it ends, it’s something that can potentially make you feel sad for years. Maybe even for the rest of your life. But that doesn’t mean the sadness has to be paralyzing or has to throw you into a depression. By getting over the person, you can realize that losing them made you sad, and look back on it as you would any sad loss. It’s the period of time soon after the loss that should be the hardest, that makes you ask how to get over someone you love.
If the break-up is new, often the only way to deal with it is just to face the pain and ride it out. It’s going to hurt, no matter what you do. But there are some things you can do to lessen the pain. You can remove obvious visual reminders of the person, if possible. Photographs of them can be put away for a while. Gifts they gave you can be stored instead of displayed. You can even avoid the places you used to go together for a while.
This tip can be found in pretty much every list that explains how to get over someone you love, so it’s at least a popular idea that’s worth a try.
If you’re really having trouble living your life after the break-up, it might be necessary to seek counseling. Simply explain that you’ve just been through a painful break-up and ask the counselor how to get over someone you love.
They can offer helpful advice, and can be more specific that generic lists about how to get over someone you love. A counselor can also probably offer better advice than friends or family.
Your friends and family might feel they know your situation too well. Some may have motives for help you get over the person. They might not have liked that you were in the relationship to begin with, so they might want you to get over things or move on to another person too quickly.
With a counselor, though, you can safely tell them things about the relationship you probably
don’t want friends or family to even know.
Feel free to go to counseling for as long as you need to. If the counselor feels you’re spending too much time dwelling on how to get over someone you love, they’ll tell you.

Magic of Making Up tips on Heartbroken Poem To Help You Heal
Magic of Making Up tips on Heartbroken Poem To Help You Heal
Hey guys,
If you’ve ever been through a sad break-up with someone you’ve love, you may have written a heartbroken poem (yeah, me too). You may have even written such a poem for things like the loss of a pet or a family member, sadness at moving away from your friends, or any number of sad life events. But it seems nothing inspires such sad poetry as a break-up or divorce. Just as few things inspire love poetry quite like being in a happy, loving relationship.
Poetry is an excellent medium for self-expression. Unless you’re writing poetry with the hope of having it published one day, you can write poetry however you like. It doesn’t have to be good poetry. You don’t have to understand any of the poetic terms or conventions like rhyme, meter or free verse. You don’t even have to have ever read a really good poem in your life to write a heartbroken poem that can help you feel better and maybe help you heal from the pain of a break-up.
An important early step in getting over a break-up or any sad situation is simply facing the pain. While it might feel better to avoid dealing with the reality of the situation, you can’t really move past it without facing it and feeling the pain, at least for a while. So facing up to whatever painful situation is happening is necessary. A heartbroken poem can help you deal with those painful feelings when you’ve split with someone you love.
Don’t worry about whether it’s good or not. No one else ever has to read your heartbroken poem. It’s for you and you alone. Just write down your feelings, as hard as that may be. You can write in plain language. Don’t try to imitate the poets of the 17th and 18th century. Write like you talk, and break the lines where it feels natural to you. In fact, you can start by writing one huge paragraph filled with all your feelings and everything you want to express, just to get it out. Then you can go back and arrange your thoughts and feelings into a poem.
Once you’ve written a heartbroken poem, you might want to write more about different parts of the pain. That’s good. Get down everything you can, and that will help you to face the pain. Writing the poetry will probably be a very emotional time for you. Don’t try to stop it. Just let the pain out and you’ll be better able to move on.
If you decide you want to share your heartbroken poem, you can show family or friends. Or if you want to share it but not with anyone you know, you can put it online. There are websites designed just for such things. You can upload your poetry for free and let other people know if you want to receive criticism or not. You might opt to not receive comments on your heartbroken poem and just enjoy the fact that you’ve shared your experience.
Personally, I've written poems, write songs on guitar about my feelings and posted online (on YouTube) . I guess, I'm just letting it all out of the system.

Hey guys,
If you’ve ever been through a sad break-up with someone you’ve love, you may have written a heartbroken poem (yeah, me too).

How To Get Over Someone You Love - Healing After a Breakup
How To Get Over Someone You Love - Healing After a Breakup
Hello guys,
Does breakup hurts? Well, it damn sure does.
The breakup of a relationship is an emotional loss much like death; it can leave you feeling empty and not knowing what to do next.
Committed relationships are complex and often change over time. These changes in our thoughts and desires can have a direct effect on the relationship for the better or for the worse.
When you start to realize that your goals and dreams differ drastically from your partner's, you start to ask yourself if the relationship will stand the test of time. The fact is, probably not, if your wishes for the future are dramatically different.
Recognizing the real reason for the distance between you will help in healing after a breakup.
If you can assume that there is nothing wrong with you, and you have simply grown apart then you can start the healing process.
The negative self-image that comes with the end of a relationship is more often than not the real reason for you to feel bad when your relationship ended.
If you can't get past a breakup and you find yourself still thinking about and wanting your former partner, then you might need some additional help from a professional.
Most of the time, if your grief for your lost relationship continues beyond what most would consider a healthy time span, you might have some deeper emotional issues that have to be dealt with and a professional can help you figure that out.
If you have other stressors in your life you might need some additional assistance to move past it.
Healing takes time and it's always hard to get over someone you love. If you feel at a lost and not sure how to get over someone you love then you might want to take a look at this healing after a breakup course from someone that had the same bad experience before.

What is Relationship - Dont Wait How To Get Over Someone Fast
What is Relationship - Dont Wait How To Get Over Someone Fast
Hey guys,
When a relationship ends, especially if you're not the one who ended it, how to get over someone becomes very important. It’s not always easy to get over a person you’ve been with, though. If you’ve been with that person for a very long time it’s even harder. (I've been in a relationship for 7 years, 5 years after breakup, She's still on my mind. But, that's another story).
It might be pretty easy to get over a relationship that’s lasted 3 months. But if you've been with someone for 3 years, it's hard to get over that person at all, let alone get over them quickly. Fortunately, there are some things you can do to speed up the process.
When you're wondering how to get over someone, sit in a chair in your living room or bedroom, wherever there’s a very strong sense of the other person. Remove anything that reminds you of that person a great deal. This isn't always easy to do, but every little bit helps. If you've bought a dog together, for instance, of course you won’t want to get rid of the dog. But anything your ex bought for you that’s on display like a knick-knack or something hanging on the wall would be a good thing to remove for a while.
If you have lots of things that will remind you of your ex, you're probably wondering how to get over someone without making your rooms completely bare. But even if you picked out practically everything together, you don’t have to remove everything to make this work. Just choose items that have particularly strong memories.
Maybe you picked out the couch together, but it's one of the throw pillows that you bought or the figurine on the end table he or she gave you as a gift that seems to make you feel sad when you look at it. Remove those items and store them for a while, just to make things easier on you.
If you’re having a really hard time and feel that you can handle it, you can think of all your ex’s bad qualities. Of all the methods of how to get over someone, this is the one where you actually think of your ex the most, so if just the very thought of them brings you to tears you might not be ready for this step. Think of the things you disliked the most about them. If you can’t think of anything, just move on. But most of us can come up with a long list of things we dislike about someone, especially if they were the ones to end the relationship.
A popular method of how to get over someone is to simply start dating again. Many people balk at this idea—they think they still love the ex and aren’t ready. You can do this even if you’re still in love with your ex. No one says you have to fall in love anytime soon. But dating or even going out with friends isn’t just how to get over someone, it’s how to keep from feeling sorry for yourself while you try.
These are some of the steps you can follow to get over someone pretty fast but it's really up to you. A fresh start is always good after a breakup. It might be tough at first but as time goes by you'll learn to live with it and just move on (I did).
