He Doesn't Want You Back - How to Move Forward

He Doesn't Want You Back - How to Move Forward

Hello ladies,

So, he doesn't want you back? It's time to move forward. There's always someone better out there. Most girls, would complain there aren't (at first). Then someone prove them wrong. A beautiful true story? You betcha!

You went through the heartache of being broken up with and then went out of your way to show him that you are the only one for him but he still does not want you back.

Easing the pain of a breakup though isn't easy. This can be hard to deal with but the best thing you can do for your own well being is to move forward. It may prove to be a long and tough road but by doing a few simple things, the whole journey can be much smoother and you will be back on top of your game in no time!

Delete, Delete, Delete:

It's time to get over a heartbreak. The first thing you should do is remove your ex from your life... completely. To delete him from your life you need to delete him from your phone and social networking sites.

Having his number in your phone is just going to serve as a temptation to text him and having him as a friend on a social networking site isn't going to help the moving process - it's just going to be a reminder of what you can't have. The last thing you need to see is the picture he posts showing him out having a good time with his friends...or with another woman!

You also need to get rid of every dirty piece of clothing, toiletry and any other belongings he may have left at your place. Don't even think about sobbing to love songs in one of his old t-shirts, that is not a recommended way to move on.

You may want to consider just throwing them out instead of returning them. If you do decide to return them, consider having a friend deliver them, or leave them somewhere he can pick them up without you having to be around.

Whatever you do, do not call him:

Taking the time to call him or even send him a text is not going to accomplish anything; it's just going to make you feel worse about the situation. You need to keep in mind, he dumped you, and as harsh as it may sound, wants nothing more to do with you. Calling him just makes you look desperate so just don't do it!

Have Fun:

Take on the help of your girlfriends and go out and have fun! Indulging in a little bit of excitement with those people who truly love you is a great way to take your mind off the situation and help speed up the process of moving on. Dance your heart out, laugh till you cry and treat yourself to a mini-makeover! After all, the sweetest revenge is showing him that you are perfectly happy without him in your life.

Don't accept his apologies:

As time goes on and you start to finally feel better about the situation, chances are he is going to offer to be friends or apologize over what happened - this is when you tell him to talk to the hand!

Being friends is not going to work out and he does not deserve to be forgiven. Don't let his glistening eyes lure you back into his whirlpool of trouble because remember, you are moving forward not back.

When someone breaks up with you, believe it or not, it is not the end of the world. Look at it as getting some much needed "you-time" and before you know it you will be feeling better than ever!

These are some practical tips you can use to heal from breakup, move forward and to re-build a new relationship, a new life. Relationship Break Up Way To Do It- 2 Schools Of Thought

Relationship Break Up Way To Do It - 2 Schools Of Thought

Hey guys,

Relationship, is hard work. But, sometime no matter what you do it doesn't seems to work out and you decide to breakup the relationship. The question is, what is the best way to do it?

Breaking up is hard enough to do as it is, no one wants to have to endure a big scene where there's a lot of crying and pleading. Yuck. To find the best way to go through a relationship break up and make it as easy as possible on both of you, here are a few tips.

More than likely by the time you're ready to end the relationship you've already had enough emotional scenes to last a lifetime and just can't face the idea of another one. That's the reason that some people take the (tacky) route of leaving a voice mail message or sending a text message to breakup. While it's understandable that you'd want to avoid another scene, it's a crappy way to end a relationship.

There is a middle ground, somewhere between a tacky text message and a full on emotional assault:

1. For one thing, make darn sure you really want to breakup. Now is not the time to be wishy washy. Give it some thought and don't do it on the spur of the moment or you may just end up regretting it and eating your words.  But, once you've made up your mind give yourself a day or so to get your head around it. When the times comes you have to be calm and firm and allowing yourself time to get used to the idea will help you accomplish that.

2. Now that you've decided that a breakup is the right thing to do and you've gotten used to the idea, don't drag it out forever. Decide on the best time and place, and make it soon, to have 'the talk' with your partner. When choosing the best time and place you should choose a time where you can take some time and explain things.  Don't tell your best friend or anyone else until you talk to your partner, you don't want someone to slip up and say something before you've had a chance to talk to your partner, the news has to come from you.

As to the location, there are two schools of thought on that. Some people recommend a restaurant or some place public to keep the scene to a minimum. While other people think that this type of conversation should be handled in private so that your soon - to- be-ex doesn't have the added humiliation of breaking down in public. Personally, unless I were afraid for my safety, I'd go for the private location. I just think that your partner deserves that much respect.

3. When the two of you meet, don't go for the big buildup. Just say what you want to say and get it out.  Make sure you explain why you've reached the decision you have (explain, don't justify. It's your decision to make you don't have to justify it).  Be compassionate but firm. Don't waver in the least. Let them talk if they want, but only for a short time. It won't do either of you any good to sit through a long, uncomfortable pleading session. If they have something to say, fine, let them have their say. But if it's just one long attempt to get you to change your mind you have to pull the plug.

4. After you've done the deed, leave. Don't call them and don't accept their calls if they call you. It may sound harsh but it's far worse for you to send mixed signals and talk to them if you really don't want them in your life. Best for both of you to just move on.

A relationship break up is never a fun thing to go through, but if you have to do it, do it as compassionately, and quickly as possible. It's best for both of you.

Break Up Recovery Sucks - There Is Life After Your Breakup

Break Up Recovery Sucks - There Is Life After Your Breakup

Hello guys,

"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" and as you start your break up recovery you can focus on how to get stronger for that next big relationship in your life. You may need to do a pulse check to make sure your heart is still beating, but more than likely it still is. While losing this relationship may have caused your heart to stop for a little while, it will beat again. While you are learning that your heart will go on, try focusing on some things that will help you from repeating mistakes that may have been made in your last relationship so you don't go through them again. Here are some things that might help you in the future.

Become Secure In Yourself

If you want to have a relationship that is secure, then try being more secure. If you need therapy then get it. Find ways to feel good about yourself and expect nothing but the best. If this new relationship is going to be grounded, it will need someone to be grounded in. Don't expect it to be the new person. Don't look for security in the new love. Look for it in yourself. Not only will this help you in the way you look and feel about yourself, it will help you look more attractive to others.

Responsibility Should Be Shared

In many failed relationships most of the work is done by only one person. A good and solid relationship takes two people putting in equal effort. If both people are working towards the relationship's success then it will most likely endure. Look for and expect a 50-50 split in the load shared. This may mean more work from you and it may mean holding your new partner to a higher standard. In either case it is well worth it. If someone isn't working in it, you have to question just how important it is to them. If both don't see the value then there might not be much to work for.

Learn to Communicate Better And More Lovingly

Communication break down is often one of the symptoms and sometimes the cause of a failed relationship. It could mean you learning to talk more or less. Train yourself to listen more. Ask for your new love's opinions on things and don't dominate discussions. Don't allow them to dominate your discussions either. You have a voice, use it to voice your concerns and feelings. A key to learning how to communicate better is in training ourselves to respond better. Does your initial response sound harsh or defensive? Your tone and word choice can make situations much worse than they need to be.

The key to having a successful break up recovery is to come out of it better, stronger, and smarter becoming more prepared for the next relationship. What will make the difference between success and failure is what you bring into the relationship and how you come into it.

4 Simple Ways Of Easing The Pain Of A Breakup - Broken Relationship

4 Simple Ways Of Easing The Pain Of A Breakup - Broken Relationship

Hey guys,

"There are plenty of fish in the sea."

Why does it seem that everybody feels the need to share that old saying with you after you have ended a relationship? I know it's their way of easing the pain of a breakup and while it may be true, it never has the desired effect. The good news is that there are some things you can do to start feeling better and move on with your life.

Let's face the facts. After a split, feelings get hurt, tears flow, anger surges and the thought of ever loving again seems like a remote possibility. I mention this because it's important to know that the ebb and flow of feelings after breaking up are normal. Are you experiencing this right now?

Apart from time, the only thing that will heal the hurt is accepting things for what they are. Once you can do this, easing the pain of a breakup becomes nearly automatic. However, it may take a while before you get to that stage. Here are a few things you can do to feel better in the meantime.

Get out: Hiding yourself away is detrimental to the healing process. Go ahead and take a little time to be alone, but don't overdo it. Get out of the house as soon as you can and re-discover the things life has to offer. In the beginning it's a good idea to avoid the old haunts you used to frequent with your ex. Other than that, have a ball!

Stay busy: While you shouldn't try to completely ignore what you are going through, it's also not a good idea to dwell on it. Participate in positive or productive activities to give your heart and mind a rest. Clean the house, play games, go to the gym, or anything else that requires movement and some level of thought.

Laugh: It may seem impossible, you may even feel guilty about it, but go ahead and laugh. It is believed that laughter releases certain "feel good" chemicals in the brain. The more you laugh, the better you will feel. Easing the pain of a breakup is never a simple thing to do, but if you can smile and laugh you are well on the way to better days.

Seek help: What if everything you do to feel better just doesn't seem to work? When this happens get help from a qualified therapist, counselor or psychiatrist. They are there to help. More importantly, they are trained to do one thing better than the average person. What is that thing? Listening. Sometimes having a non-judgmental ear is all you need to start moving on.

Nobody likes to part ways with someone that's close to them. Even if you knew things were getting worse for quite some time, the actual split can be difficult to handle. There is nothing wrong with feeling down, but only to a certain degree. At some point you have to be proactive in easing the pain of a breakup. Using the simple ways mentioned above will get you feeling better much sooner.
