Put the Sizzle Back into Your Relationship - Learn the magic!

Put the Sizzle Back into Your Relationship - Learn the magic!

Hey guys,

Wanna learn how to put the sizzle back into your relationship? Learn the magic with "Magic of Making Up" right now. Click here for more info.

Love is literally like a drug, it's euphoric. In the beginning stages of falling in love, our brains release chemicals that make us feel so good that there are really no words to describe it.

However, in the same way a drug addict develops a tolerance over time, that squishy love feeling starts to fade as well. Eventually, the hot fire of love starts to burn down to a barely glowing ember.

What happened to the spark? Where's the sizzle you felt so strongly in the beginning? It's still there, you just need to stoke the fire.

What should you do when the butterflies in your stomach stop fluttering? All couples reach a point where their relationship starts to get "comfortable" and the fire starts to cool. Although you may feel as if you're stuck in a rut, it doesn't have to be that way. Here are ten ways to put the love back in the love nest:

1. Talk To Each Other

In order for your relationship to succeed, you and your partner both must be willing to open up to one another on every subject concerning your life.

Even if you can't readily fix a problem, you are showing great courage by revealing what's going on with your thoughts and feelings. It shows trust.

One of the greatest culprits in destroying a union between two people is closing the door to communication. How are you going to fix a problem if you don't even know what it is?

2. Show Appreciation

It's the little things in life that mean so much. Acknowledge and appreciate each and every little thing you do for one another whether it's pressing his slacks or holding the door open for her. Show each other respect and courtesy the same as you would for a friend or stranger.

3. Keep One Another Guessing

It's always fun to put a little mystery into the mix. Surprise your partner by showing them a different side of your character they never knew existed. How fun is that? That could really spark a fire...

4. Gently Tease Your Partner

Whether the two of you take a short respite to make you miss one another, or send sexy texts all day long, it's a form of teasing (foreplay) that can lead to a sultry romantic evening.

5. Get Uninhibited - Let Your Hair Down

Nothing will stoke the fires of love quicker than letting your inhibitions run wild. Men love this. In fact, most men want an angel by day and a seductress by night.

Don't be afraid to show him this side of you - you know, your inner Goddess? Let it out, he'll never be the same. In the words of Nike - just do it!

6. Go on Holiday

Spend some time away and travel to an unfamiliar destination. Unusual surroundings tend to bring people closer together as well as ignite a sense of adventure that makes for great memories.

7. Reminisce

Remember the good ole days when you couldn't keep your hands off each other? Dwell on that memory and see where it goes. Sit, talk, and laugh about the times you spent in the beginning as you were first falling in love. Remember why you fell for him in the first place.

8. Don't Stop Dating

Set aside a special night a few times a month for the two of you to do whatever you like without the kids. It can be as simple as sharing a cup of coffee at a late night diner or going to the opera - as long as you are together and having a good time.

9. Be Intimate on Every Level

Intimacy isn't just physical, it's emotional as well. A typical, busy day tends to drain the intimacy out of life. Put it back, it's important. Being close to your partner emotionally is every bit as important as engaging in a physical sexual encounter.

10. Maintain Your Connection

Slow your life down enough to look into your partner's eyes and say a heartfelt "I love you". Take time to hug and kiss and show one another genuine affection. When was the last time you looked into your lover's eyes and told them how much they mean to you?

These tips will bring you extremely closer to the one you love and put the spark back into relationship. Why not give them a try?

Learn Now - 3 Ways to Improve Communication In A Relationship

Learn Now - 3 Ways to Improve Communication In A Relationship

Hey guys,

Looking for tips on advice for relationship? Here's one:

Did you know that most couples nowadays, don't really communicate anymore. Even though, we have all the latest digital tools like smart phones or 'social' websites like Facebook and twitter. In fact, it could actually be more of a distraction then an advantage.

For example, just look around you everyday in your daily commute and you will see everyone looking down at their phones rather then walking and looking up where that someone might just be looking at you. Your partners craving for your attention while you were busy replying a 'whatsapp' message from your friend. This are simple things that destroy communication between your partner more then it adds to it.

Good communication is one of the cornerstones that make up a strong relationship. On the other hand poor communication can lead to a relationship breakdown as partners may find it difficult to ever trust each other.

Not everyone is good at communicating. If you happen to be one of these people, you may find it harder to start and maintain a stable relationship. Good communication skills can also help transform a shaky relationship into a functioning, healthy relationship.

Simple tips and basic communication skills can help you become a good communicator. The following are 3 ways to improve communication and maintain a good relationship.

#1 - Always express yourself freely

To have a good relationship, you must be free with your partner. Being free means you can share anything with him. You can share all the things that bother you, amaze you, please or surprise you. You'll find it's very difficult to maintain a strong relationship with someone you cannot talk to freely.

When you learn to express yourself freely, you will never feel the need to hide something from that person and your partner will also feel more free to share his problems with you.

When you are angry, you should definitely tell him what is making you angry and this will make your partner respect you and your opinion simply because you express yourself freely.

When expressing yourself, remember to say exactly what you mean and feel about something don’t beat around the bush. Be honest and go straight to the point.

#2 - Be a good listener

A good communicator is a good listener as well. Just like you want your partner to listen to your thoughts and feelings, be sure to give that person your full attention when the time comes for you to listen.

Men are considered poor listeners in most relationships but this does not mean that they don’t listen at all. To get someone to really listen to you, you may need to find the right time to start a conversation.

Don’t try to force your partner to listen to you when he's watching his favorite movie or something on ESPN, because he may end up paying more attention to the TV than to you.

By listening to your partner you are giving him a chance to open up and seek solace from you. The last thing you want to do to your partner is ignore him when he's trying to talk to you.

#3 - Build a strong foundation

Without a strong foundation, even the best communicators find it hard to build a close relationship. Strong foundations are based on a number of different things: the way you treat each other, the level of intimacy you share, how well you understand each other and how the two of you manage your relationship problems.

For you to have a strong relationship you must know what makes your partner angry and what makes him happy and how to avoid deliberately aggravating him.

Remember no relationship is complete without intimacy, so it's important that you always create some time for intimacy. Try to strike a balance that takes into account both of your schedules.

Remember that intimacy doesn't always mean sex. Sometimes, it's just as important to spend time snuggling together while watching a movie.

Lastly, don't forget non-verbal communication can be just as important and impacting as the spoken word. You can often communicate just as effectively with a stroke of his face with your hand or a strong, warm embrace.

There you go. 3 ways to improve communication in a relationship. You can use the 3 tips straight away to improve your broken relationship or to build on what you already have. For more practical tips on relationships, I suggest you download and read through the book by T.W. Jackson, "Magic of Making Up".

Bad Relationship Tips - Are You Being Too Agreeable for Love to Last?

Bad Relationship Tips - Are You Being Too Agreeable for Love to Last?

Hey guys,

Being in a relationship is not easy. Much of the things in life isn't easy anyway. So, what's make you think being in a relationship is? Sometime, no matter how much we try to accommodate our partner, we will still, once in awhile at least, having a disagreement or two. It's pretty much part and parcel of life in a relationship. It's OKAY, to let off steams sometime. Just letting someone you love how you really feel might actually help. If only we talk!

Most people reading this will not think it's possible to have a partner that's too agreeable. Anyone who has been in a relationship knows that two different personalities will eventually get on each other's nerves. It's a fact of life, when two people occupy the same space, they will occasionally overstep boundaries, hurt feelings, or simply make one another madder than the hatter in Alice in Wonderland. The people you love most often drive you the craziest.

Arguing, in these situations is a normal response. On occasion, there may even be dish flinging, clothes throwing, knock down drag out kinds of disagreements (often followed by mind-blowing making-up sessions). It's normal to fight. It's even natural. What isn't natural, in relationships, is to always agree or never fight. Arguments are important tools in relationships. They do more than just let off a little steam. Here are a few reasons why you need to have the occasional argument in your relationship.

Arguments Clear the Air

They are important tools for letting your partner know how you really feel. IN relationships where couples never fight, it's often the first fight, the one that reveals all the pent up frustrations, hurt, and anger, that result in the ending of that relationship. Arguments let the other person know when how you feel, how you're hurting, and what to avoid in the future.

Arguments Show Engagement in the Relationship

They certainly bring an element of excitement into the relationship. They let your partner know you're there and hold nothing back. They show that you are passionately involved in the relationship and that you do care. They serve as a barometer for the level of affection in the relationship, in many cases, and are important tools for your partner to understand how vested in the relationship you really are.

Arguments Establish Important Issues for Both of You

We all know there are hot-button political and religious issues that should not be discussed in polite society. The same holds true when it comes to relationships. Those topics aren't always as clearly defined as religion and politics. In some relationships it's cooking, mechanical abilities (did anyone else notice how Jill on Home Improvement always quietly called in a professional once Tim finished fixing things?), family, friends, or even politics and religion.

Once you establish that these are hot topics for you by having that first heated argument, you know to back off and avoid discussing the issue. Sometimes, you must agree to disagree. But, if you never let your partner know how you really feel and how important the issue is for you, then he or she is likely to keep discussing it causing your blood to boil. Unless you let your partner know how you feel, your partner is going to assume you agree.

Don't let your first fight be the final blow for your relationship. Learn to speak up and let your partner know what you really think and feel. Most important of all, learn to fight fair so that the disagreements and arguments you do have are productive rather than destructive.

These are some of the tips you can use when you are in a relationship. If you are interested to read up on more tips to improve your knowledge, relationship and even make it better, then you might want to download and read through the book, "Magic of Making up" by T.W. Jackson.

Are Your Friends Poison to Your Relationship With Him - Really?

Are Your Friends Poison to Your Relationship - Really?

Hey guys,

Are your friends really poison to your relationship? An interesting question. And, the answer is...

Sometimes, friends CAN get in the way of your relationship in a really big and lethal way. It's hard to find balance between life, love, family, and friends. Everyone wants a little bit of your time.

You must work to find that perfect balance without inadvertently placing your relationship on the back burner. Keeping a safe line of demarcation between friends and your lover, can be a crucial secret for long-term success in your relationship and/or marriage. These small changes will make a big difference.

Take note of these 3 tips below that could actually save your relationship.

Tips no. 1 - Stop Telling Your Best Friend Everything

While she is your best friend and you want to share the ups and downs of your life with her, the truth is that she doesn't love your man -- but she does love you. She's going to hold a grudge against him for the things you've told her long after you've kissed, made up, forgiven, and forgotten.

She's going to still be hopping mad at him for some slight that's old news and completely gone with the wind as far as you're concerned. She's going to remind you, constantly about how he isn't good enough for you, doesn't deserve you, and isn't treating you right. The problem is you're eventually going to begin believing her and start carrying grudges of your own.

Tips no. 2 - Put Your Friend after Your Partner

It's true that your friend may have been there for you long before your partner. However, that doesn't change the fact that he needs to come before your friends if you're going to have a successful and long-lasting relationship.

Your relationship needs to be a priority in your life not some afterthought that gets the leftover attention after everyone and everything else has had its share. It's hard to make time for everyone on your list of people to see, but sometimes it's necessary.

Tips no.3 - Show Loyalty to Your Man

If you really want to make a favorable impression with your friend and the man you love, be loyal to him. Don't talk about the negatives around other people. Discuss any problems you have with him and present a wall of solidarity and support to the world. You'll never know how much of a difference it makes to him and how he feels about your relationship.

Incorporate these small changes into your relationship and see for yourself what a difference they make. You'll be surprised at how noticeable the changes in warmth, love, and affection are in the aftermath of a few small adjustments like these.

If you would like to read more on how to improve your relationship, I suggest that you download the book, "Magic of Making Up" by T.W. Jackson. His book have help many couples around the world saved their relationships and it could help in yours too. Grab a copy right now!

Relationship Advice for Men - Its Evolutionary My Dear Man

Relationship Advice for Men - Its Evolutionary My Dear Man

Hey guys,

So much different relationship advice for men is out there that it can be difficult to figure out what really works. So, what do men need to know if they are interested in a more relationship? The most important bit of advice is to look at what women really want, based on their actions, as opposed to assuming what they say is 100% accurate.

The question then becomes one of being able to identify what their actions are. And the best way to do that is to observe the type of men they end up, regardless of what they say they want. While women may say they want a sensitive man with a good sense of humor, and one that listens; they go out with men who aren't sensitive, make plenty of money, dominate conversations, and may or may not be all that funny.

The reason why women do this may surprise you. It's not because they don't know what they really want, it's because they don't know that they know what they really want. Okay, that may sound confusing, but it isn't. What we are talking about is the subconscious mind, and that's where the best relationship advice for men comes from.

It all comes down to one thing: The propagation of the species. This has been the underlying factor since the dawn of humanity, and its power is found in both men and women. While having children with a particular man may be the furthest thing from her mind (as far as she knows), deep down in the subconscious, she is evaluating mates for their ability to be a good father for her potential family.

We then get back to the things women say they want. Does having a good sense of humor mean he will be a strong protector and bread winner for the family? Not really. And it's the sense of security and ability to provide food for the family that the subconscious is most concerned with.

Let's take a quick look at biology to see why this is so important. Men have the ability to reproduce for, in theory, from the onset of puberty until they die; that's a big window of opportunity. On the other hand, women have a much smaller window in which they can viably reproduce. Therefore, women can't afford to gamble, and need a partner that will be able to provide for the long-term.

In today's world, these deep-seated desires manifest themselves in various ways. In past centuries women may have dreamt of marrying royalty, as they were the ultimate providers. Today, princes and kings have been replaced by athletes, celebrities and rock stars. Another bit of evidence is the engagement ring. It not only shows that the man has the ability to provide, but also that he is will to share the fruits of his labor (and you thought it was simply romantic).

So, when it comes to relationship advice for men, don't worry about all the static and conflicting viewpoints. All you really need to do is dig down to the subconscious level to see what women really want, no matter what they think they want.

I suggest, if you really want to read more on this to grab yourself a copy of the book by T.W. Jackson, "Magic of Making Up". His book is full of wisdom for improving your relationships and it's a good resource to have in your arsenal. Download your copy today!

Relationship Self Help Book Can Save Your Relationship

Relationship Self Help Book Can Save Your Relationship

Hey guys,

There are plenty of relationship self help techniques you can use to bring the intimacy back into your relationship. Many people begin to feel that the intimacy levels in their relationships begin to fade over time. They mistakenly believe this means the love is gone, but the truth is that all relationships develop into a pattern of habits and rituals that can often make people feel more like roommates than lovers.

Is your relationship falling into that category? Then it's time to do something about it.

Instead of giving up on your relationship, you might want to try using some relationship self help techniques to bring the intimacy levels back to where they were when you first met.

1. Small Talk

Research has shown that couples who engage in regular small talk will experience less arguments and fights throughout their relationship. Connective small talk doesn't mean bombarding your partner with an hour-long diatribe about every single thing you did during the day.

Small talk is simply sharing opinions or observations from things you did through your day. It also means learning to avoid mono-syllable responses and actually showing a bit of interest in what each other is saying. Ask questions and respond to your partner with positivity.

2. Eye Contact

How many times do you really look your partner in the eye when you talk together? As relationships progress, many people tend to look in the direction of their partner's eyes, but they don't make eye contact.

When you first met, eye contact would have been high. Humans react to eye contact as being a positive way to build intimacy. As you become more familiar with each other, this decreases over time, which also leads people to believe the intimacy is dying.

3. Non-sexual Physical Contact

Learning to touch your partner and encouraging them to touch you too in non-sexual ways can help to increase intimacy. Give your partner a hug without expecting it to lead to anything further. Offer your partner a back massage or a foot rub and don't have an ulterior motive. Hold hands when you're out together. These simple forms of physical contact re-establish a level of intimacy and trust in each other that can be very effective relationship self help techniques.

4. Appreciation

Instead of focusing on the things that annoy you about your partner, try focusing on the things you appreciate about them instead.  Most probably we're all always under-appreciated by others. There must be things about your partner that attracted you to them originally, so spend some time each day focusing on the positive things and don't waste time concentrating on the annoying traits that everyone has anyway.

5. Time Out

Far too many couples fall into a pattern of trying to spend all of their time with their partner.  They begin to feel as though their partner is somehow deserting them if they want to spend a little time doing something without their significant other. While it's normal to enjoy each other's company, it's also important to remember that everyone needs a little time out occasionally.

This could be something as simple as going out for a meal or a movie with friends or a coffee with the girls. Research shows that many couples improve their relationships when they display trust and encourage each other to spend a little time doing things they enjoy.

These are some of the tips on relationship self help that could save your relationship. If you would like to do more in-depth reading on the subject then I encourage you to download and read through "Magic of Making Up" authored by T.W. Jackson. Advice for Relationship - Ending A Relationship Know When To Stay And When To Go

Advice for Relationship - Ending A Relationship Know When To Stay And When To Go

Hey guys,

When ending a relationship, it's important to know how to end a relationship properly and whether you should be ending a relationship. Not every relationship that has problems needs to end, and not every relationship that has ended needs to stay that way. The trick is having the knowledge to make the right decision.

Some relationships truly do need to end. If your partner is abusing you, you need to get out of the relationship as soon as possible. If you're on other side, and you're having trouble controlling your temper, then you're obligated to break up with the other person for both of your sakes.

Aside from the obvious, when should you consider ending a relationship? When it's clear to you that the two of you no longer want the same things in a relationship. If the other person wants to get married and you don't, that's a sign. When you find yourself moved to cheat on them with someone else, that's a sign.

Ending a relationship shouldn't follow a big fight. This is how good relationships end up being broken apart when there's no reason they had to. When considering breaking it off with the other person, you need to have a clear head about the entire relationship.

Once you decided to break it off, you need to do it the right way so that you can both move on. There are three basic guidelines you need to follow:

1. Don't Play Games - Nobody likes to break up with someone. That's normal, but there's a temptation to try and make the other person do the dirty work in ending a relationship. Mostly subconsciously, we pick fights and play games to try and antagonize the other person into breaking up with us.

This is a trap you need to avoid. Be direct, be honest and be proactive; make sure you treat the other person with respect. Trying to goad them into breaking up with you will simply make you both miserable.

2. Do it in Person - Breaking up is a very painful experience for both parties. It is very tempting to bring the relationship to the end by email or phone or, these days, text message. That way, you don't have to see the look on their face or if you leave a message, without even talking to him.

But obviously, this is no way to end a relationship. If you do not interact with the other person will breaking up, you won't have any kind of closure. This defeats the entire point of making a clean break. Do both of you a favor and break up in person in a relatively private place.

3. Be Honest - You need to tell the other person exactly why you are ending the relationship. This isn't easy, because they will have tendency to try and talk you out of it, but the truth is that lying to them about the reasons doesn't help either of you. Be honest, even if they don't want to hear it.

If you follow these three tips, you will find ending a relationship to be a much smoother, much more effective process. Be aware, though, that along the way, you might find that the problems you have are fixable. If this is the case, you need to find some resources to help you mend and repair the relationship.

Like I've said before, having some knowledge on how to end a relationship or even mend a broken relationship will help you get through it as painless and smooth as possible. That's why I highly recommend that you download and read through a great book "Magic of Making Up" authored by T.W. Jackson.

His book have help many couples all around the world and definitely a must read!

Relationship Advice - Define The Relationship To Save Your Relationship

Relationship Advice - Define The Relationship To Save Your Relationship

Hey guys,

If you want to have a healthy relationship, you need to define the relationship. One of the biggest reasons that relationships have problems is because both people in the relationship have different expectations and assumptions (assumption can lead to making things worse) about what kind of relationship they're in.

Frankly, if you think you're on the road to marriage and happily ever after and your boyfriend or girlfriend thinks that's what you have is a nice light fling, you are going to have problems. Hurt emotions, broken hearts and generally misery tend to lie in the future for people who fail to define the relationship they're in.

The problem is that everyone, and I mean everyone, tends to think of everything they do as normal. This is a problem because there is no such thing as normal. Every person is a unique bundle of needs, fears, and desires. The strengths and weaknesses that make us who we are make the need to define the relationship essential.

Whether we realize it or not, we are all using ourselves as the baseline for behavior. This means that on some very essential levels, we assume that other people want what we want, feel what we feel. Most of us are aware that this isn't the case on a conscious level, but it's hard to put this into action all the time.

As long as things seem to be going okay, we have a tendency to let this go on more and more. After all, when they seem happy and you seem happy, there's no reason to examine your assumptions and expectations. Most of us only do that when things have gone wrong in a relationship.

This why the need to define the relationship early on is so great. Because other people are, well, other people. They may be happy in the relationship, but they may be happy for different reasons. If you let this go too far, you may be setting yourself up for resentment and pain.

By taking the time to define the relationship, you are taking the reins in the relationship. You will be able to see where you are and where you are heading. This will allow you to have a healthier, stronger relationship because you will both be pulling in the same direction rather than going off in two different emotional directions until the strain on the relationship is so great that it breaks.

Put your relationship in the correct gear so that it will move on smoothly and without hiccups. Your relationship road trips will be filled with joy and in sync with your partner.

The problem with taking action to define the relationship is that it's not the comfortable path to take. The conversations can be awkward, and there's always an element of fear that the two of you will have such radically different expectations and goals that the relationship may end.

These are false worries, for the most part. You need to look at the effort to define the relationship as being exercise for your relationship: it may be tough and the time and there's a small chance that you may get hurt, but the truth is that it will almost always make the relationship better and stronger. What doesn't kill you, will always make you stronger.

If you need help in figuring out what you need to do to define the relationship, there is loads of help available. This is one of the best things you can do to build a strong relationship, and it is well worth the effort. I strongly recommend that you download and read through Magic of Making Up written by J.W. Advice for Relationship - 4 Great Lessons From Relationships Experts

Advice for Relationship - 4 Great Lessons From Relationships Experts

Hello guys,

If you’ve read or listened to relationships experts, you know that some of what they say is just common sense. They tell us things we already know, but they’re great at putting it into words and examples that make things easier to understand. The best relationships experts just know how to communicate (by the way communication is also good in a relationship).

They can take those common sense things and say them in a way that makes you “get it.” Like the concept of what to expect and what to give in a relationship. This is one of the best lessons you can get from relationships experts.

Very often we go along in a relationship and as time goes on we start to take the other person for granted a little bit. We don’t thank them as much, and sometimes we don’t do nice things in return for them quite as much. Obviously, being complacent in a relationship isn't good.

It’s not that we don’t want to, but that we simply forget or think there will be time later. Which could always turn out bad and a little too late. Treat your relationship as precious as you treat your car or your diamond wedding ring. After the relationship hit a rocky period and ended and you’ve gotten back together, remember to be thoughtful and kind becomes very important. Relationships experts stress that as a good way to keep a relationship strong.

A second great lesson from the experts is to do what the other person will appreciate. This is another great common sense lesson that’s all too easy to overlook. It applies to anytime during a relationship but after you’ve gotten back together from a break up or other bad patch it’s even more important.

To do what the other person wants doesn’t mean you should never consider yourself. But you should try to do what appeals to them to show them that you care. If it really makes you happy when your boyfriend helps you wash the dishes, then maybe if you helped him with some housework that would make him feel loved, too. Ever heard of a little kindness goes a long way?

But there may be ways he likes to feel loved that are different. He might be the type of person who likes to hear you say it often, or likes romantic gestures. Even if those things aren’t as important to you, you need to do the things that are special to him or her.

Sometimes we forget that, or we just assume that everyone responds to the same things. But doing what makes the other person feel most special is easy to do, as long as we remind ourselves to do it.

And a lesson that the experts teach that often goes forgotten is respect. Of course, you respect your boyfriend or girlfriend, but does it always show? This is part of taking them for granted but goes beyond not thanking them or returning loving gestures.

Often, the person we’re closest to gets the brunt our worst days. We might be late for something and keep them waiting, or we might just accidentally be inconsiderate and not apologize enough. Take a lesson from the relationships experts and ask yourself if you treat your partner with the same respect you would treat a parents or co-worker.

These are some great relationship advice you can use in your own relationship. If you want to learn more tips then I suggest you download and read through "Magic of Making Up" authored by T.W. Advice for Relationship - How To Get Your Relationships Needs Met

Advice for Relationship - How To Get Your Relationships Needs Met

Hey guys,

If you can get your relationships needs met, the relationship has a better chance of being long and happy. Not having your needs met is one of the biggest reasons relationships don’t work out. And after a break up, it’s especially important to have your relationships needs met to stay happy and stay together.

The surefire way to get your needs met in a relationship is by making sure the other person knows just what those needs are. You can’t read minds, and you shouldn’t expect your partner to be able to read minds either. He or she wants to make sure your relationships needs are met, so tell them what they are.

At the same time, encourage your partner to tell you the needs he or she feels are important. You might be surprised to learn, if you’ve never had this conversation before, how different your needs might be.

You might feel the need for you partner to tell you he loves you often, so may you do that for him. He no doubt enjoys that, but maybe what he really needs is for you to do quick considerate things to make him feel special. Some people like to be told, and some people like to be shown. Each of us have their own needs anyway.

Simply having a discussion about your relationships needs can strengthen the relationship and make it easier for you to keep each other happy. If you’re uncomfortable having such a frank discussion, you should do it anyway. Telling each other your needs is better than hinting or expecting them to be psychic. It's always good to share your feelings and thoughts as a couple.

You may really need your partner to be more helpful to you. But when it’s time to clean or wash dishes you do them alone, yet again. And instead of simply asking for help or letting him know that it would mean a lot to you if he would do them sometimes or do them with you, you get angry.

You might huff around while you’re doing them, slam a cabinet, or act otherwise put out. This is passive aggressive behavior. You’re trying to manipulate him into helping you by acting that way. It’s much better and healthier to simply ask for help.

Passive aggressive behavior is common in relationships, and it’s a worsening cycle because it doesn’t work. If he does take your hint, it’s only after you’ve acted put upon, angry and resentful. So his doing the dishes might be only to keep you from acting that way.

If you ask for help and explain that it makes you feel good when he wants to help you, then he’s coming at the task from a place of love and helpfulness. He doesn't feel guilted into doing it, so it’s better for everyone. Don't you think so?

This applies to things like showing affection, respecting each other’s feelings, and every aspect of your relationship. When you want something, ask for it, and be prepared to give your partner what he or she asks for to make sure all your relationships needs are met.

These are just some of the tips in how to get your relationships needs met. A good and healthy relationship will last you a lifetime. I suggest you download and read through "Magic of Making Up" authored by T.W. Jackson. His book have helped many others improve their relationships and I'm sure it'll do the same for yours. My Boyfriend Dumped Me and Now Picking Myself Back Up

My Boyfriend Dumped Me and Now Picking Myself Back Up

Hello ladies,

“I feel like dying because my boyfriend dumped me!” It isn't the end of the world and it isn't even close. Even though it hurts, it isn't going to kill you. This is something that you can and will get over. It will take some work, some help, some readjusting in the way you think, and some time. Be sure that just because you are upset that “my boyfriend dumped me” doesn't mean that life stops, life goes on. Be ready for it.

Getting past the idea that “my boyfriend dumped me” isn't going to be easy but it also isn't going to be impossible. You are going to have to pick yourself up and dust yourself off and move along. The alternative means that you will be stuck wallowing in your own misery and self-pity. If that is no life that you want to have then do what it takes to get out of it. It takes work to climb back out of the pit but the work is worth it. I'm sure you know it the truth!

Don't be afraid to ask for help but be careful where it is that you ask for it. If you are battling depression because of it, seek professional help. This doesn't mean that you are going crazy, depression is something that many people deal with so don't worry about people judging you. Do try to beat it, though. It may be, though, that you have good friends or family that can help you out while you are trying to deal with that fact that “my boyfriend dumped me.”

Be careful to not lay too much on these people, though, and when you ask for advice, follow it. If you are constantly complaining about your life and the situation but aren't following up on what advice is given, they are going to reach a point that you don't want. They are going to get tired of you and cut you off or seriously consider it. You should also re-frame the way you look at the situation.

Try looking at it from a different angle or perspective. While you may see it as the end of the world, from another person's perspective, it may not be. Try to find that other person's perspective. Try to see what good it is that you have to offer someone. What are your best qualities? For sure there is going to be someone out there who will appreciate them. Wait for them to come along.

While you are waiting, find some way to improve yourself. Find something that you have long dreamed about doing and throw your life into it. If there is something non-romantic that you have longed to achieve in life, pursue it. Do you want to make yourself better in anyway, now is the time to do it. Try to find some way to use this time and that negative energy you have and do something positive with it. The end result will be a happier you.

Once you have found that happiness, it will become magnetic and draw in the person that you dream of, the one that makes you smile and makes you feel like you belong. It will make you look back on this dark time in your life when you were crying because “my boyfriend dumped me” and see it as one of the best things that ever happened to you. Yes, life can be better even after your boyfriend dumped you!

Your 9 Ways To Get Ex Back Even Though They Are Hating You

Your 9 Ways To Get Ex Back Even Though They Are Hating You

Hey guys,

So you want to know ways to get ex back in love with you?

Be careful what actions you take in your efforts to get ex back. If you aren’t careful you may find more ways to get ex back hating you instead of loving you. Here are ways to get ex back hating you. If you don’t want your ex to hate you then DO NOT do these things.

1. Call them several times a day. This will bug them like crazy and may cause them to block your number. You can always get more numbers, though. Disposable phones and using friend’s cell phones are easy ways to get this done.

2. Keep writing them and letting them know how much you miss them. Letters, Emails, and Text Messages can hit them from several directions. Leave notes on their windshield. This is a great way to get their attention (and wrath).

3. Remind them frequently of things that they said and promises they made. Who says that things have to change? They said it once, so they must have meant it forever and just forgot. Constantly remind them. You will only be reminding them how good an idea it was to leave you.

4. Follow/Stalk them and let them know that every minute they live, you are right there. Every single breathe they take, you’ll be watching them. Be sure to grin whenever they see you. They will think your crazy and you may scare them. Be ready for the restraining order.

5. Bother their friends. Ask them constantly how they are doing and see if you can find out where they are going to be. Try to go everywhere that the friends are. Most likely they will be trying to get rid of you.

6. Call their new love interest and let the new flame know that you are the real love and it is only a matter of time before your ways to get ex back works. More than likely you will end up making both of them hate you and they could end up becoming closer because of the harassing you do.

7. Call their parents and try to be their parent’s best friend. You will only get the parents mad at you as well or drive a wedge between your ex and his parents. Either way, you have given your ex more reason to hate you.

8. Try dating their best friend. Your efforts to make them jealous may end up ruining another of their relationships. Sooner or later the best friend will realize that you are just using them and you will be alone again.

9. Call their workplace and ask about him or ask to talk to him. That will be a great way to get your ex back hating you, especially if it costs them their job.

There are ways to get ex back in love with you but get help and find out what things work. Be careful who you try to get help from. If they have a successful, long lasting romance or are trained at giving relationship advice, then they are good to get help from. If they have had a lot of short term relationships they may not be the best one to get help from.

Follow your heart if you want to get ex back, but be careful what you do. Not all ways to get ex back that come to you naturally will make them love you again. And, if you really want to get ex back loving you then you need to read the Magic of Making Up eBook by T.W. Jackson. A complete relationship tips, guide and strategies to get ex back - pronto!

Relationship Problems - Unhappy Relationship 3 Things You Can Do About It

Relationship Problems - Unhappy Relationship 3 Things You Can Do About It

Hey guys,

Relationship problems and being in an Unhappy relationships are an inevitable part of romance, and their causes are numerous. Sometimes, a commitment is made and that once made, it can be hard to leave an unhappy situation.

You may feel that you have to stay in order to support your loved ones, that you are unable to leave for any number of reasons. You find that you are making a number of excuses to stay in a situation that is not good for you.

If you are facing an unhappy relationship, then there are three things you need to do.

1. Do Nothing

Firstly, you can do nothing and maintain things just as they are. You will continue on your path of misery, those around you will become miserable, and you will continue along this path until you are in the worst of situations.

So why does this situation occur? It is the simplest thing to do. It is easy to not do anything about the situation, and very hard to turn a bad partnership or unhappy relationship around. While it may seem noble, it is a bad decision to try and stay.

2. Fix Things

Out of the three, the other option which involves staying in the relationship is to fix things. This step requires a full commitment, anything less is as bad, if not worse, than trying to stick things out. This step requires that your partner is also committed in full to repair the situation.

This is the most challenging of the situations, but can lead to the best situation. Any changes made here will be lasting and permanent. If your partner is not committed towards the repair of the unhappy relationship, then all attempts to repair things will fail.

3. Leave

The last possibility is to leave. This is also very hard since people will make excuses in order to stay. Sometimes, however, it is a matter of ending the relationship before things become irreparable.

Unhappiness, fighting, depression, and many other factors eventually come out of an unhappy relationship. This will not only bring you and your loved ones great suffering, but it will also negatively affect those around you are well.

You have to overcome everything that is holding you back and take that first step towards resolving the matter. If you need one, you should seek out the aide from a therapist or a coach. Mental hindrances in an unhappy relationship can be taken care of with the help of a therapist.

If you need to work strategies for repairing your situation, then you should instead get a coach, someone who will work with you to develop strategies and get the success you need. An unhappy relationship will mean one of three possibilities.

You will either stay or suffer, you will repair things with your ex, or you will move out and move on. Therapists and coaches provide technical support while your family and friends will provide you with the support network you need when you make decisions.

All it takes is an effort to do what is right for you and your loved ones. I suggest you download and read through Magic of Making Up from T.W. Jackson. What to Look for in a Get Your Ex Girlfriend Back eBook

What to Look for in a Get Your Ex Girlfriend Back eBook

Hey guys,

What should you look for in a “Get Your Ex Girlfriend Back” ebook?

Relationship eBooks are a dime a dozen, nowadays. They are great because you can instantly download them and either read them from your computer or print them out.

You don’t have to be embarrassed by buying them in a store with a clerk asking what kind of guy are you if you need to get your ex girlfriend back?

Ebook also allows you to find information on a topic that isn’t readily available in print form.

First of all, any get your ex girlfriend back ebook should offer you hope that it is possible. One of the ways this is done is to show you documented case studies of people who have actually gotten back together with their ex’s after using the tips and techniques in the resource. These are known in the ebook world as “testimonials.”

Secondly, you need to know whether there’s more to the course of action than “work on yourself for a month.” Most of the Get your ex girlfriend back ebook out there say that you shouldn't contact your ex for 30 days and use that time to work on yourself. While that may be good information, it is hardly a system that justifies your shelling out $50 to learn. I just told it to you!

You want to make sure that your ebook will be readable on a Mac if you use one of those instead of a PC. Generally, if the book is delivered in PDF format, it is readable on all computers. Find out whether your get your ex girlfriend back ebook author will allow you to ask him questions before you buy.

Having this level of customer support will assure you that the book is genuine. Also, you should find out whether there is a money back guarantee if the system shown in the ebook doesn’t work. You don’t want to be shelling out your hard earned money for some modern day “medicine man’s” song and dance. You want the system you buy to really work.

In the short term $50 is a lot of money. You could send your ex a bouquet of flowers for that. You could take a new girl out on a good first date for that. In the long term, however, $50 is a drop in the bucket if it will allow you and your soul mate to reconcile.

But, while some get your ex back ebooks do cost this much or more, the one I recommend is not that much money. You can get The Magic of Making Up for just $37. It has all of the features I talked about – hope that the system really does work, testimonials, a complete course of action that doesn't boil down to a single sentence, readability on all computer systems, and pre and post purchase author support.

I highly recommend the Magic of Making Up as your get your ex girlfriend back ebook. Thousand other couples from 77+ countries has used the tips inside his eBook course and I'm pretty sure it'll help your relationship too!
