He Doesn't Want You Back - How to Move Forward

He Doesn't Want You Back - How to Move Forward

Hello ladies,

So, he doesn't want you back? It's time to move forward. There's always someone better out there. Most girls, would complain there aren't (at first). Then someone prove them wrong. A beautiful true story? You betcha!

You went through the heartache of being broken up with and then went out of your way to show him that you are the only one for him but he still does not want you back.

Easing the pain of a breakup though isn't easy. This can be hard to deal with but the best thing you can do for your own well being is to move forward. It may prove to be a long and tough road but by doing a few simple things, the whole journey can be much smoother and you will be back on top of your game in no time!

Delete, Delete, Delete:

It's time to get over a heartbreak. The first thing you should do is remove your ex from your life... completely. To delete him from your life you need to delete him from your phone and social networking sites.

Having his number in your phone is just going to serve as a temptation to text him and having him as a friend on a social networking site isn't going to help the moving process - it's just going to be a reminder of what you can't have. The last thing you need to see is the picture he posts showing him out having a good time with his friends...or with another woman!

You also need to get rid of every dirty piece of clothing, toiletry and any other belongings he may have left at your place. Don't even think about sobbing to love songs in one of his old t-shirts, that is not a recommended way to move on.

You may want to consider just throwing them out instead of returning them. If you do decide to return them, consider having a friend deliver them, or leave them somewhere he can pick them up without you having to be around.

Whatever you do, do not call him:

Taking the time to call him or even send him a text is not going to accomplish anything; it's just going to make you feel worse about the situation. You need to keep in mind, he dumped you, and as harsh as it may sound, wants nothing more to do with you. Calling him just makes you look desperate so just don't do it!

Have Fun:

Take on the help of your girlfriends and go out and have fun! Indulging in a little bit of excitement with those people who truly love you is a great way to take your mind off the situation and help speed up the process of moving on. Dance your heart out, laugh till you cry and treat yourself to a mini-makeover! After all, the sweetest revenge is showing him that you are perfectly happy without him in your life.

Don't accept his apologies:

As time goes on and you start to finally feel better about the situation, chances are he is going to offer to be friends or apologize over what happened - this is when you tell him to talk to the hand!

Being friends is not going to work out and he does not deserve to be forgiven. Don't let his glistening eyes lure you back into his whirlpool of trouble because remember, you are moving forward not back.

When someone breaks up with you, believe it or not, it is not the end of the world. Look at it as getting some much needed "you-time" and before you know it you will be feeling better than ever!

These are some practical tips you can use to heal from breakup, move forward and to re-build a new relationship, a new life. Break Up Recovery Sucks - There Is Life After Your Breakup

Break Up Recovery Sucks - There Is Life After Your Breakup

Hello guys,

"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" and as you start your break up recovery you can focus on how to get stronger for that next big relationship in your life. You may need to do a pulse check to make sure your heart is still beating, but more than likely it still is. While losing this relationship may have caused your heart to stop for a little while, it will beat again. While you are learning that your heart will go on, try focusing on some things that will help you from repeating mistakes that may have been made in your last relationship so you don't go through them again. Here are some things that might help you in the future.

Become Secure In Yourself

If you want to have a relationship that is secure, then try being more secure. If you need therapy then get it. Find ways to feel good about yourself and expect nothing but the best. If this new relationship is going to be grounded, it will need someone to be grounded in. Don't expect it to be the new person. Don't look for security in the new love. Look for it in yourself. Not only will this help you in the way you look and feel about yourself, it will help you look more attractive to others.

Responsibility Should Be Shared

In many failed relationships most of the work is done by only one person. A good and solid relationship takes two people putting in equal effort. If both people are working towards the relationship's success then it will most likely endure. Look for and expect a 50-50 split in the load shared. This may mean more work from you and it may mean holding your new partner to a higher standard. In either case it is well worth it. If someone isn't working in it, you have to question just how important it is to them. If both don't see the value then there might not be much to work for.

Learn to Communicate Better And More Lovingly

Communication break down is often one of the symptoms and sometimes the cause of a failed relationship. It could mean you learning to talk more or less. Train yourself to listen more. Ask for your new love's opinions on things and don't dominate discussions. Don't allow them to dominate your discussions either. You have a voice, use it to voice your concerns and feelings. A key to learning how to communicate better is in training ourselves to respond better. Does your initial response sound harsh or defensive? Your tone and word choice can make situations much worse than they need to be.

The key to having a successful break up recovery is to come out of it better, stronger, and smarter becoming more prepared for the next relationship. What will make the difference between success and failure is what you bring into the relationship and how you come into it.

If you would like to learn more on relationship then I recommend that you download Magic of Making Up by T.W. Jackson. His book have help many couples around the world improve their relationship be it new or old relationship.

Get Ex Back Help - Break Up Help For Those Still In Love With Their Exs

Get Ex Back Help - Break Up Help For Those Still In Love With Their Exs

Hey guys,

Still in love with your ex? Looking around for break up help? Well now you find yourself without the person you're still in love with you either have to find help to move on or help to win them back. Either way, you'll need all the help you can get. Right?

With "Magic of Making Up" ebook course, you can!

Click here to read through how Magic of Making Up can help you get ex back.

If you feel you should move on then the kind of break up help you're going to need depends largely on how bad the relationship and the end of the relationship was. If it was a major drama that really and seriously took it out of you emotionally, then without a doubt you're going to need plenty of time to recover and get over the relationship.

Taking care of yourself is always key after any emotional turmoil, but in this case where you've been tossed around and you still feel that you love your ex, it is even more key. Don't give yourself a hard time for any decisions you made that you now feel in retrospect were wrong decisions. You did the best you could with what you had, so relax and allow yourself to be human.

Make sure that the break up help you need is to look after you and not to look after your ex and what they might be going through. You have left them behind and though you still have strong feelings for them, they are no longer your responsibility.

If you feel you need to talk to a professional to help you put the whole relationship into perspective then you should do this as soon as possible. In a situation where you're still feeling vulnerable and emotional, the sooner you regain your composure and any eroded self-esteem the better.

If the kind of break up help you're looking for is help to get your ex back, then you need to do some of the things outlined above, but then you also have to make sure you're implementing a strategy to bring you full circle so you can make up with your ex.

So follow what's already been outlined: taking care of yourself first and foremost, talk to a professional if you feel you have to and forget about your ex for a few weeks while you recover self-esteem and direction.

Once you're through the initial re-grouping stage, you then make contact with your ex. Ask for a meeting somewhere neutral. When you meet your ex, calmly and without being overly emotional explain that you still have feelings for them. Explain that you've had time to think and you'd like another chance to make your relationship work. Take the time to listen to your ex and hear their point of view, you don't necessarily have to agree with them, but you need to listen.

You then give them time to think and leave to wait for them to call you. Truth is it could go either way. Using this break up help guarantees nothing. Just know this, you have given it your best shot so there is no need to spend endless hours beating yourself up.

These are some of the tips you can use to get ex back and break up help. For more tips and strategies, I recommend that you download and read through Magic of Making Up before you go any further. It's about doing the right thing at the right time. Most of us are at a lost on what to do after a break and this book will definitely help you out in your broken relationship.

Getting Over Break Up - Steps of Recovery Heal From Breakup

Getting Over Break Up - Steps of Recovery Heal From Breakup

Hey guys,

Are you getting over break up right now? Trying to get over a broken relationship? Do you hurt so bad that you feel like your heart is going to explode? Do you want to see the other person one minute and want to kill them the next?

For one thing, you're not alone. That is all par for the course when you are getting over break up.

Steps to Getting Over Breakup

Just as there are stages of grief when mourning someone who has died, there are also steps that must be taken when getting over break up. One woman, whose first husband died and second husband divorced her said that it was actually easier getting over the death of a husband than it was recovering from divorce.

That is because there’s societal support when someone dies, but you are supposed to go about getting over break up on your own.

Here's some steps you can take to getting over your breakup. It might not be easy but if you want to get over your ex then these are the things you can do.

Write A Long Letter To Ex

The first thing you should do is sit down and write a long letter to your ex. Pour out your heart. Share the experiences you had together. Tell him or her why you loved them. Put on paper how you feel about the break up. Call them names.

It’s okay to emote in this letter because no one is ever going to see it. That is because you are going to light a candle and burn the letter over the candle’s flame. There are not many rituals that go along with breaking up, but this one can help you on the road to emotional recovery.

Exchange Stuff With Ex

Next, you need to arrange to exchange stuff. If you have been in a relationship of any length, you probably have some stuff of his at your place and he’s got your things at his. You probably want much of this stuff back and he or she is equally eager to get theirs. Work out a time for a mutual exchange.

If there are things of your ex’s that aren’t going to be exchanged, either box them up or throw them away. Don’t leave your ex’s toothbrush lying around the bathroom because it will only remind you of them as you are trying to go about getting over break up.

It is also a good idea to box up any gifts your ex gave you for a time. Wearing a watch that your ex gave you will make you think of them every time you check to see what time it is. That’s just not a good idea when getting over break up.

Pay Debt Owed To Ex

There are sometimes financial matters that need to be straightened out when getting over a break up. If you owe your ex money, try to either pay it off from your own funds or get another loan to pay it off. If you have a checking account together, work out how you are going to divvy it up and then go to the bank to close it.

Closing Out With Ex

What you should be seeing is a pattern of closing out the parts of your lives that you shared. This is essential to getting over break up. After you have done what is necessary, agree to have no contact for thirty days.

This will allow you to start building separate lives. You shouldn’t call, text, email, or meet the other person during this time. You may even want to agree that some places such as a specific bar or even a given church “belong” to one party or the other during this month long period.

After you have had time to begin building a separate life, you will be able to interact more normally once again. This is a difficult time, so give yourself the space you need in order to go about getting over break up.

Time do heal a broken heart. I recommend you download and read the book Magic of Making Up authored by T.W. 'Dub' Jackson for more tips on getting over break up:

How to Deal With A Broken Relationship - Your Moving On The Break Up Is Over

How to Deal With A Broken Relationship - Your Moving On The Break Up Is Over

Hey guys,

Dealing with a broken relationship and dealing with a broken heart isn't always easy. No matter what you do, you'll still think of them.

Sometimes moving on (break up, loss or other major change) is difficult. It’s rarely easy unless you’re so glad to get out of a situation that you can’t wait to make changes and move on. A break up disrupts your whole life. Everything you do and see seems to remind you of your ex. If you had many mutual friends, even going out to keep from going stir crazy can be difficult.

One of the biggest hurdles you have to face when you’re ready to move on is your family and friends. If your ex was popular with your family, you’re going to get tired of questions about the situation. You must explain to them that you’re moving on, break up is over, and that you don’t appreciate constantly being reminded of your ex and the past relationship.

Sometimes this is difficult for family to deal with. They want to keep bringing up the person in the hopes that you’ll get back together. You can just explain, “Moving on, break up is over, that’s that.” Eventually they’ll come around because they’re your family and they love you. It’s probably going to be harder to deal with when it comes to your friends.

If you didn’t have many mutual friends, then it should be less of a problem. But if the two of you often hung out with the same group of people, then you going alone to be with those friends is going to seem strange to everyone for a while. And then there’s the problem of your ex wanting to hang out with the friends, too.

You might even run into each other as you each attempt to hang out with your mutual friends. This doesn’t mean that it’s necessary when you’re moving on break up with your friends. It’s just simply going to be more difficult to maintain some of those friendships once the relationship is over.

As difficult as it seems, when you say, “Moving on, break up is history,” you may have to give up some of those friendships. You and your ex may each have to keep in touch with only certain friends in your group of mutual friends.

Just try to maintain good contact and relationships with those you’re closest to and allow your ex to do the same with the others. While this can be painful, it’s probably easiest on everyone because they don’t have to choose which of you to be loyal to and which to avoid.

Sometimes the “moving on break up” period is just too difficult when you’re surrounded by mutual friends and so many places to go together. If possible, go on a vacation to get away from the same scenery and people. Take a vacation with a friend who isn’t involved in the situation; maybe a friend of yours who wasn’t friends with your ex. This can help you get some perspective.

Once you’ve declared, “moving on; break up over” then if you can take some time away it can help you a great deal.
